Another service member has suffered permanent injuries because of Joe Biden’s unlawful orders forcing military members to take an experimental shot that skipped years of safety testing. Now Biden’s Department of Defense (DOD) is refusing to pay for his medical care. Jason* did not want to take Joe Biden’s “mandatory” COVID shot. But after months of cajoling and with his planned military career on the line, Jason got the jabs. Biden’s DOD made it clear to every service member in every branch—if you try to claim a religious exemption to the shots, you will be (unlawfully) kicked out of the military.

We are working hard in court to stop Biden. Yesterday, we filed yet another legal argument to press for class-wide relief from the COVID shots.

Immediately after receiving his second COVID shot, Jason came down with COVID. But that wasn’t the worst of it. His immune system began going haywire. Seven days after the shot, Jason went into anaphylactic shock—his body was having a major allergic reaction, and it was about to kill him.

With no ambulance nearby, Jason’s mother raced him to the hospital 30 minutes away. She prayed fervently as Jason sat gasping and choking for air, desperate to breathe. The hospital gave Jason Benadryl and steroids and sent him home.

Two days later, Jason was back in the emergency room, his symptoms worse than ever. The doctors concluded that he was reacting to the shot. In fact, the doctor told Jason NEVER to have another COVID shot or booster—because the next one would kill him.

But nothing could be done for the damage the COVID jab was already wreaking on Jason’s body. In the weeks to come, Jason’s immune system became too weak to fight. He came down with strep, then bronchitis, then mononucleosis, then strep again and then COVID again!

Worse yet, an EKG measuring Jason’s heart came back as irregular. Further testing showed his heart was severely inflamed.

As you can imagine, the hospital bills began piling up. But what came as a shock to Jason and his family is that Joe Biden’s military refused to pay for the injuries they caused!

Normally, when a service person is injured, the DOD gives a “Line of Duty Injury” designation, which, in part, assures that all the injured party’s medical bills are paid.

But the DOD won’t pay up. And neither will Jason’s private family insurance “because Jason took an experimental drug.”

Meanwhile, the Biden administration is forcing service members to take the “Emergency Use Authorization Only” COVID drugs. In other words, those drugs are experimental, so insurance won’t pay for injuries incurred as a result of those drugs … and apparently neither will Biden’s DOD.

The family is now stuck with many thousands of dollars of medical bills, and little hope that Jason will one day be healthy again.

It is obscene that Joe Biden’s DOD is forcing service members to take an experimental drug and refusing to pay for treatment made necessary by that deficient drug.

Jason’s mom included a small prayer with the legal help request form she submitted to our office: “God please, no more, we cannot handle it. We are spent and devastated with this horrific EUA mandate and cannot take anymore and want to be away from the valley of death. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.”

Last Thursday, Liberty Counsel filed an amended complaint for the Marines in our massive military class action case, which seeks to restore service members’ federally protected right to reject vaccination on religious grounds. Yesterday, we filed more legal pleadings.

This week and next, there will be another flurry of activity as we submit amended complaints for each other branch of the military. Per the judge’s request, each branch of the military will have its own class action lawsuit. There is a lot happening on this case, and I will update you as soon as possible.
