Liberty Counsel seeks an experienced Executive Assistant who is energetic, punctual, reliable, fast, accurate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a mission-oriented environment. Must be able to understand complex details, accurately and quickly proofread, draft letters, make travel arrangements, coordinate events, set appointments, work with confidential information, and perform a variety of other tasks. Availability for urgent needs outside the normal 8:30 to 5:00 office hours is required. Liberty Counsel seeks an experienced creative professional for high volume print and digital projects. This position requires a graphic design or related degree and 2+ years design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat is required.

At least two years of litigation support experience with client intake and federal court case management experience is preferred. Availability for after-hours litigation support is needed. Paralegal certification is not required.
