Liberty Counsel is seeking a managing attorney who will be responsible for implementation of the mission under the direction of the organization’s leadership. The ideal applicant’s background will enable them to manage nonprofit development, finance, human resources, technology, programs and activities, communications, and compliance in multiple offices. The candidate must have excellent people skills. Achievement in nonprofit or corporate management experience is required.

Direct Marketing Specialist, Orlando Area


Liberty Counsel has an immediate full-time opening for an organized, highly-motivated, reliable person with the skills to work on time-sensitive marketing and communications tasks in a team environment. This challenging position requires top computer skills and an aptitude to learn new programs and processes quickly. Excellent language and graphic design skills are required. Experience with InDesign and photo editing is a plus.

Liberty Counsel is seeking a highly motivated and organized leader for an elite litigation team. In addition to managing client contact in prospective litigation, this position will involve coordinating and supervising affiliate attorneys.

Necessary qualifications include high moral character, excellent oral and writing ability, superior academic background, and eligibility for Virginia Bar admission. Applicants must have excellent brief writing, communication and time management skills, ability to edit pleadings in Microsoft Word, work with case management software and online document filing. Three or more years of litigation and appellate experience are desired, preferably in federal court.

This challenging position requires excellent writing, editing, social media experience and skills. Three or more years of related professional experience is needed, with graphic design experience a plus.

At least three years of litigation support experience with document and case management experience is a must, preferably in federal court litigation. Availability for after-hours litigation support is needed. Paralegal certification is not required.
