Liberty Counsel seeks an experienced accounting assistant to work onsite in the Finance Department. Qualified applicants must be dedicated, reliable, fast, accurate, organized, and able to multitask. Will need to process detailed financial data, accurately post deposits, orders, and donations, manage multiple nonprofit accounts, reconcile statements and expense reimbursements, handle donor inquiries, work with confidential information and perform a variety of office tasks, including assisting with reception duties. Must have 2-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance. Nonprofit experience is a plus. Required skills include computer proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and the ability to learn processes quickly. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred. Client Intake Coordinator, Lynchburg, Virginia

Liberty Counsel seeks an experienced Print Ministry Coordinator to work onsite in the creative and printing ministry. Qualified applicants must be dedicated, reliable, accurate, organized, and able to multitask. A mastery of printing processes and production workflow is required. Must have experience in project management and the ability to communicate and document quotes, timelines, product choices and other important print production information. Experience in customer service, preferably in print operations with print management software (PrintSmith, EFI, Avant) is desired.
