The Democrat-chaired House Judiciary Committee staged a hearing on one-day notice this Tuesday, pushing for nationwide election "preclearance." Previous fraud-enabling bills, HR 1/S 1/S 2093, FAILED in the Senate, but House Speaker Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Schumer refuse to give up on their attempts to commandeer all future elections.

They have another election fraud-enabling bill up their sleeves, and at least one fence-sitting Republican has already signaled support of the "John Lewis Voting Rights Act" (JL Act). Pelosi and Schumer are working out parliamentary tricks to bring this latest election fraud measure to a vote in the Senate and the House. America's elections will be riddled with fraud forever--unless we stop this madness NOW.

The hearing on the JL Act did not appear on the House schedule Tuesday, yet it took place anyway. This week's hearing is the beginning of yet another round of Democrat parliamentary tricks.

The Biden administration could not get HR 1/S 1/S 2093 passed, so Pelosi and Schumer are launching yet another voter fraud bill. Pelosi can bring this new bill to the House floor or Schumer to the Senate floor at any time.

The hearing in the House was the precursor to the launch of the new bill. This bill will require nationwide "preclearance," which means the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) will control the minute details of EVERY election. This is far worse than HR 1/S 1/S 2093.

State election reform laws designed to ensure "one person, one vote" came under heavy fire during the hearing.

Helen Butler, executive director of Georgia Coalition for the People's Agenda (GCPA), was outraged over the state's new voter ID provisions--even though the Georgia law makes it free and easy to obtain voter IDs.

She also took issue with the ability of election integrity organizations to demand the state purge dead people from their rolls. Butler further complained that organizations like hers will be forced "to use the official absentee ballot applications from the Secretary of State's office when sending ballot applications to voters," as if that were a bad thing.

Butler hates the new Georgia law because it FORBIDS organizations like hers from harvesting ballots! The Democrat witness complained that ballot harvesting would no longer be permitted in the Peach State.

Under preclearance, the DOJ can require fraudulent ballot harvesting schemes. Worse, the DOJ can even require ballot harvesting ONLY in heavily Democratic precincts but ban harvesting in Republican precincts.

Butler and her group want to do what they did in 2020--collect other people's ballots and deliver them in batches to the polls or drop boxes. She was angry that unmanned public "drop boxes," where ballots are anonymously deposited, are now banned under the Georgia law.

Ballot harvesting and drop boxes are illegal in many states because these activities are common ways to commit election fraud. Even former President Jimmy Carter, who co-chaired an election reform task force several years ago, warned we must restrict mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting. Unofficial ballot applications and collection are rife with fraud. Yet Democrats like Helen Butler--and Joe Biden--want to impose this fraud nationwide!

Congressional Democrats are trying to pull a fast one. YOU and thousands of Americans like you voiced your opinion on HR 1/S 1 and S 2093. Your faxes helped STOP both of those awful bills! At least, for now.

Pelosi and Schumer want to reintroduce the JL Act. This is Sen. Joe Manchin's (D-WV) "compromise." But the JL Act and nationwide "preclearance" is far worse than HR 1/S 1/S 2093.

But whatever parliamentary trick Democrats try, we must stand strong against attempts to ram an election theft bill down our throats!

These measures seek to stop and undo state-led election reform laws. Worse, they would rob states of sovereignty by putting Biden's DOJ in charge of every local election. When you think of Biden's DOJ, it is really the ACLU, Southern Poverty Law Center, La Raza, Soros, Zuckerberg and ballot harvesting groups.

Given that Biden's DOJ tried to STOP the recounts and election fraud investigations that arose from the 2020 presidential election, we have no doubt what the DOJ would do with preclearance. Forget about fair elections!

Days after HR 1/S 1/S 2093 failed to garner 60 votes in the Senate, Democrats rushed this new hearing.

We must not let up pressure to preserve free and fair elections.
