Yesterday, the Senate vote to proceed with debate on HR 1 (S 2093) FAILED. But the fight to secure our elections is not over. In fact, it is now intensifying.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) cut a deal with Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) Tuesday, according to an announcement from Manchin’s office.

The Senate will now be forced to consider Manchin’s “compromise,” which is no real improvement. Whether it is HR 1 (S 2093) or Manchin’s compromise, all state election reform laws, audits and recounts will be overridden. We will never get to the bottom of the 2020 election debacle, and we will never have another free or fair election.

The pressure on every senator to support the Manchin compromise will be intense. Our pushback to STOP this outrageous, election-stealing legislation must be even more intense!

Democrats need just one more senator to pass the election fraud bill as part of the budget reconciliation! They are tempting the remaining 51 U.S. senators with up to 1.8 billion dollars in matching federal funds for their election campaigns if they vote for this bill.

That’s Schumer’s bribe for Manchin’s compromise. But we CAN stop it!

This bill will have an immediate and devastating impact on our nation!

HR 1 (now S 2093) will demand online and same-day voter registration; early voting; no ID; automatically register everyone 16 and up, including felons in prison who have not yet served their debt to society, illegals and green card holders; mail-in ballots for all; and ballot harvesting. It even prohibits ongoing efforts to clean up our voter rolls. And states will no longer be able to coordinate to prevent double voting.

Under HR 1 (S 1 or S 2093) or Manchin’s version with his “compromises,” it will be impossible to catch a person who votes multiple times in different precincts or states before their ballot is mingled with legal ballots.

The many ways we now have to track down illegal votes will become illegal. A person can use the same name or different names in different precincts or even register minutes before the polls close, and no one can challenge this fraudster.

But it gets even worse when you realize everything can be done online. One person could register thousands of fraudulent voters (like the 8,000 fake voter registrations from two people in California). Then they can have each ballot sent via email, and there would be no physical address or ID to investigate!

The 6-to-1 federal funding for political campaigns is putting great pressure on senators to support HR 1 (S 2093) and Manchin’s compromises!

First, an endless number of people can file to become candidates and then every 200 dollars “donated” is multiplied 6 times to 1,200 dollars. A 100-million-dollar campaign will receive an additional 600 million from the government. For example, the Democrat who lost against Sen. Lindsey Graham raised over 130 million dollars. Under HR 1 (S 2093) and Manchin’s version, he would have received over 600 million dollars from the federal piggy bank!

Second, these 1.8 billion payouts will favor incumbents and career politicians and enrich newcomers with so much money they probably would not be able to spend it during a failed campaign.

Multiply 1.8 billion by 100 senators, and then multiply by 6 all the campaign dollars of every House member. The number is staggering. We cannot afford political welfare.

Whether HR 1 (S 2093) or Manchin’s compromises, the result is still disastrous. The compromises come from the failed “John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act” from 2020, which requires “preclearance” of state election laws. Under this procedure, the federal government could accomplish the same thing as HR 1 (S 2093).

Getting to the bottom of the 2020 election is critically important. Several states have passed comprehensive voter reform laws. However, if HR 1 (S 2093)—or Manchin’s compromises—passes, it will be impossible to investigate and stop fraud. Every state law will be superseded. We will lose America!

Democrats do not have 60 votes to overcome the filibuster. They will try to slip an election fraud bill through under budget reconciliation, or after a vote on the budget before the day’s session has been gaveled closed. We are working with senators to object if this happens.

This bill and Manchin’s compromise are a landmine. If one of these versions passes, America is done. That is why we cannot rest easy until this attempt to steal elections is killed.
