Election Fraud Vote Could Happen Today

Jun 22, 2021

The future of elections is on the line. Cloture ends today, thus preparing the way for an immediate Senate vote on HR 1 (now named S 2093).

State election reform laws, the recounts and audits would end and be overturned by HR 1 (S 2093). If this bill passes, it will be impossible for state and local officials to prevent election theft.

Democrats do not have the 60 votes necessary to overcome a filibuster. That’s why they are looking for a way to slip it through under budget reconciliation, which requires only 51 votes, or to rush it through on a voice vote, after a vote on the budget in the late evening or early morning hours before the gavel ends the day’s session.

To sweeten the deal, they are bribing the remaining 51 senators with up to 1.8 billion dollars in matching federal funds for their election campaigns if they vote for this bill. Sen. Schumer invoked cloture last Thursday, and today that expires—meaning a full vote is expected any time.

We are working with senators to object to both ploys. But WE NEED YOUR HELP! Act now to make sure senators don’t cave!

Stop HR 1 (S 2093) by signing our petition and sending your urgent fax to the U.S. Senate! —Mat

On the positive side of breaking events, our work defending free and fair elections is having a real impact! As you know, Liberty Counsel developed sample legislation and executive orders that state lawmakers could use to ensure election integrity.

Georgia and Florida have both passed comprehensive election integrity measures, and more states are following.

But election reform will be worthless if HR 1/S 2093 passes the Senate.

And that is why Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D) wrote an op-ed in The Washington Post begging the Senate to “hurry up” and pass this election theft bill to stop election reform and the recount in her state.

Arizona is continuing its recount, and early reports indicate a number of “gross irregularities.” But voting “irregularities” will become par for the course if Hobbs and Schumer get their way.

If HR 1 (S 2093) passes in the Senate, it will override all state laws regarding federal elections! That is why we must stop this bill.

This bill will:

  1. Ban state voter ID laws.
  2. Mandate no-fault mail-in ballots.
  3. Allow mail-in ballots up to 10 days after the election.
  4. Automatically register all individuals (as opposed to "citizens").
  5. Register felons before they pay their debt or serve time.
  6. Allow people to vote outside their precinct.
  7. Punish anyone who questions the validity of a voter.
  8. Prevent poll watchers from cooperating with election officials to identify and challenge voter fraud.

With same-day registration, no ID and no ability to verify, a person can vote multiple times in different precincts.

Send your urgent fax to the Senate to demand that HR 1 (S 2093) be stopped before it causes incalculable damage to our nation.

I have never seen an attack on free and fair elections like HR 1 (S 2093). We have an opportunity to stop fraud from becoming a permanent part of our elections. It is urgent that we flood the Senate with an outcry against this outrageous bill. Click here or the button below to send your fax to key senators.

Court Case Update:

Liberty Counsel filed a petition for review this week with the U.S. Supreme Court, defending the right to fly the Christian flag in a public forum. In addition, our case defending Pastor Ken Graves and Calvary Chapel of Bangor against Maine Gov. Janet Mills and her church shutdown orders also remains before the High Court for consideration.

We can only defend freedom because of YOUR generous support.
