Liberty Counsel is demanding that the Chelan County Fair retract its unfair and discriminating restriction on a religious group. For the last several years, Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) has manned a booth at the Chelan County Fair, where it has shared the gospel of Christ through the Wordless Book, face painting, and literature. However this year’s contract added a new stipulation: CEF “cannot distribute anything to anyone under the age of 18, unless accompanied by an adult.” Only CEF has had the parental accompaniment stipulation added.
Liberty Counsel demanded that the Chelan County Fair retract its restriction and present CEF the same Vendor Booth Contract that every other vendor receives. Chelan County is engaged in viewpoint discrimination. The only rationale for this added restriction on Child Evangelism Fellowship is ignorance of the law or animosity toward the message.

This revised edition (2011) by Mat Staver lays out the clear biblical and historical basis for bringing America back to her roots.
"God is the foundation of good government and national prosperity...America is broken...Something must be done. America doesn't need another program. Money won't fix our problems. Articulate politicians will not save us. We need God in America again."
