In a recent Liberty Alert we informed you about a situation involving a librarian assistant who was fired after reporting a man to the police for viewing illegal child pornography on a computer in the Tulare County Library.

The Tulare County Board of Supervisors now claim the termination was for "legitimate business reasons" and had nothing to do with her reporting the child pornography to the police.

However, Biesterfeld’s most job performance evaluation gives evidence supporting her case against the Tulare County Library. She received a good evaluation from her supervisor just days before she was fired.
