Liberty Counsel is seeking an organized attorney with at least 5 years of civil litigation and appellate experience for our Lynchburg, Virginia office. Excellent oral and writing skills, strong academic background, high moral character, and the ability to travel are required. Must be a member of the Virginia Bar or eligible for admission without examination.

This position is not for someone who is merely looking for an interesting career change. Applicants must believe they are called to join the fight for family, faith and freedom.

LITIGATION SECRETARY

If you are an experienced litigation secretary or litigation legal assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced office in Lynchburg, Virginia. Successful applicants will agree with the Christian values and mission of the ministry and promote religious liberty, the sanctity of human life and family values. 

Must be honest, reliable, organized, proficient with Windows and MS Word, type 65+ wpm, multitask for several attorneys and be a positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Federal court litigation experience is preferred.
