The past year has been an incredible journey for Liberty Counsel, capped off by the Supreme Court agreeing to review the constitutionality of the so-called Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, better known as “ObamaCare.”

Beyond the historic ObamaCare litigation, we have won many other significant victories over the past year. After two years, we stopped the ACLU from criminalizing Christianity in the Santa Rosa School District in Florida. Prior to Liberty Counsel’s intervention, the Principal and the Athletic Director at Pace High School faced criminal contempt charges for merely blessing a meal! But our aggressive litigation pushed the ACLU back and restored religious freedom to Northwest Florida.

We can win when we show up to fight. The only reason we are not able to confront every threat is the limitation of our resources, but with your support, we can show up, and we can win.

Liberty Counsel is a frugal, yet effective ministry. We resolve approximately ninety-five percent of our cases without going to court. Of those cases that end up in court, we win about 92 percent!
