Dearborn is ground zero for Islamic extremism. Dearborn Mayor Abdualla Hamoud wanted to honor Osama Siblani on a city street sign.

Osama Siblani is one of militant Islam’s biggest propagandists in the United States. The Lebanese Shia Muslim immigrant settled in Dearborn and began publishing the largest Muslim news service in America, the Arab American News.

Through his publication, Siblani drums up support for jihad, including one rant when Siblani endorsed violent attacks on infidels, saying:

We are the Arabs that are going to lift Palestinians all the way to victory. Whether we are in Michigan, and whether we are in Jenin, believe me, everyone should fight within his means. They will fight with stones. Others will fight with guns. Others will fight with planes, drones. And others will fight with rockets. And others will fight in their voice, and the others will fight with their hands and say free, free Palestine!

They strike them with knives and on their holidays, and they are victorious.

Sibanai openly calls for jihad and genocide, yet the City of Dearborn erected street signs celebrating this terror promoter.

When Christian pastor and Dearborn resident, Ted Barham, spoke before the Dearborn City Counsel politely requesting the city not honor a known advocate of violence, Mayor Hammoud told Pastor Ted that he “is not welcome” in the city.

Pastor Ted had simply pointed out what the entire city council and anyone who had read Sibanai’s propaganda already knew — Sibanai openly supports Hezbollah and Hamas, while promoting jihad even here in America.

Pastor Ted remarked that, like Sabanai, he, too, had lived in Lebanon — spending 35 years there as a missionary before being forced out by militant Muslims. Pastor Ted also discussed living in Israel and his confrontations with militant Muslims there as well. 

Pastor Ted closed by asking the city to promote peace, ending his comments with Jesus’ words: “Blessed are the peacemakers.” 

The Muslim mayor of Dearborn took great offense to those words, responding with a tirade accusing Pastor Ted of being a “bigot” and a “racist” before stating: 

Although you live here, I want you to know as mayor, you are not welcome here. And the day you move out of the city will be the day that I launch a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of this city. 

Dearborn has become a Muslim city, where Sharia is already being practiced and enforced, right down to awakening the entire city before the crack of dawn to worship Muhammad. And as the U.S. Muslim population grows, Sharia is spreading throughout the country. 

Congress must take action NOW before Sharia gains any more footholds in American local, state, or federal government.
