Linda was a proud member of the U.S. Coast Guard’s Force Readiness Command (FORCECOM).  

But all that ended when she was forced to get the shot.  

Linda didn't know about Liberty Counsel back in 2021. She had successfully avoided the shot three times when her command told her to either get the shot or be dishonorably discharged. She obeyed orders and got the shot. 

Now Linda is bedridden and uses a wheelchair. After exiting the military, Linda’s family has moved across the country multiple times, desperately chasing medical professionals and clinics that might be able to help.  

If Linda had taken any medication other than a “vaccine,” the drug manufacturers would have been forced to pay not only for her injuries but also her lost pay, lost career, and shattered dreams. 

But Congress passed two laws to protect vaccine makers, which just happen to be among Congress’ biggest campaign funders.  

The PREP Act (2005) and the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) (1986) absolve vaccine makers from any responsibility for the injuries their drugs cause. 

No other pharmaceutical enjoys such protection. 

But then again, few other pharmaceuticals have caused as many injuries and deaths as vaccines.   

It’s long past time for Big Pharma to pay for the damage they’ve caused, no matter how much money they have dumped into congressional campaign coffers. 

Tell Congress: Repeal the PREP Act and the NCVIA.

Even though the COVID era has passed, the devastating residuals from COVID and the shot mandates continue. We have active cases in litigation defending against the COVID mandates. I am currently preparing for oral argument on a case in Florida that will establish new precedent.

In addition to our pending legal cases, we continue to work with members of the military who have been injured and/or their careers have been damaged because of the unconstitutional mandates.
