Arabs and Muslims swept primary races in 12 states so far this year, in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, Texas, Nevada, and California.

Many of those states had multiple Muslim wins, including six races in Michigan and another five races in Texas alone.

And nearly half of these Muslim and Arab politicians are active members of and/or were endorsed by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) — the very group that wants to rewrite our Constitution to abolish the U.S. Senate, among other things.

If we do not move to ban Sharia now, our country may well be unrecognizable in the very near future.

America must not ignore the warning signs

America is facing a warning it cannot afford to ignore: In the heart of New York City, political leaders have appeared at a mosque where an imam publicly prayed for “the killing of the infidels by your sword.” Whatever one believes about Islam or the politicians involved, the central issue is clear: America must stop the spread of Sharia before it strangles our precious liberty.

Europe ignored the warning signs surrounding radicalization and competing legal norms for too long. America still has the opportunity to learn from those mistakes, but only if Congress passes H.R. 5722 and S. 3009, the “Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act.”

Tell Congress: Stop Sharia in its tracks!

Europe spent decades learning a painful lesson: A free society cannot remain free if it refuses to confront movements that seek to replace its constitutional order with an incompatible system of law.

Americans should pay attention.

On Feb. 20, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani attended Friday prayers during Ramadan at the Al-Khoei Islamic Center in Queens. During the service, the imam invoked the Mahdi and recited a prayer that called for:

“the killing of the infidels by your sword.”

Mamdani remained present during the prayer. He didn't correct the imam, or even later dispute the imam’s deadly threats. Instead, Mamdani prayed right along with the jihadi wannabe.

Then, in May, Democrat congressional candidate Brad Lander appeared at the same mosque. Once again, the prayer leader prayed for the killing of the infidels with your sword.”

To be clear — in Islam, “infidel” means anyone who is not Muslim.

The death threat is aimed at Jews and Christians alike.  

When political leaders appear at a religious institution where such language is publicly recited, Americans are entitled to ask what ideology is being promoted, what relationships are being cultivated, and whether the leaders present are willing to distinguish constitutional government from political Islam.

That question is especially important because Islam and its attendant law, Sharia, is not simply a matter of private religious belief. Rather, it is a comprehensive political system designed to replace any invaded country’s culture, constitution, and legal system with brutal Islamic law. 

Some in Congress have recognized the danger, but now we need them to act! The Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act is still pending in the House Judiciary Committee. We need Congress to move this liberty-saving bill to the floor and pass it.

America should never wait until warning signs become a crisis before deciding that the Constitution must remain supreme.

Europe ignored too many warnings. Now places like London and Paris have been overrun by the Muslim horde, complete with “no go” zones, where non-Muslims fear to tread.

America should not make the same mistake.
