Biden’s Pardon Can’t Save Fauci Now

Jul 30, 2026

Anthony Fauci broke the law Wednesday

And even Joe Biden’s pardon can't save him from prison —

if we act now

Wednesday’s congressional hearing was stunning, even for those of us who covered Fauci and Bill Gates’ COVID deception during the shutdown years.

Hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people worldwide DIED because of Anthony Fauci’s crimes. Millions more suffered horrific vaccine injuries. Businesses were wiped out. People lost jobs, houses, and livelihoods.

Even after Fauci suffered a heart attack as a result of taking the shot, he continued lying to the public that the shots were safe and effective — and pressed for those deadly shots to be mandated

Now Congress has a way to ensure justice is served by sending Fauci to prison. I’ll explain the legal strategy below, but first, take a moment right now to fax Congress and demand they do this one thing:

Prosecute Fauci!

Government agents found Fauci’s own personal diary on his government laptop, where Fauci wrote in detail the deceptions he wrought upon the public, gloating about purposefully deceiving President Trump, and later Joe Biden (who probably wasn’t paying attention anyway) and the public.

When called to Congress to account for his actions this week, the disgraced doctor refused to answer a single question. Even when Sen. Josh Hawley asked Fauci what color the carpet is, Fauci responded by taking the Fifth Amendment.

The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that no person shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself.

However, in Brown v. Walker, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that a pardoned individual cannot assert the Fifth Amendment. The Court ruled that the right to remain silent only exists if there is a danger of legal prosecution. The Court ruled that “if the witness has already received a pardon, he cannot longer set up his privilege, since he stands with respect to such offense as if it had never been committed.”

In other words, once Anthony Fauci accepted Joe Biden’s blanket pardon, he lost his legal right to invoke the Fifth Amendment.

On Wednesday, Fauci refused to answer Congress’ questions, wrongfully invoking the Fifth Amendment a staggering 111 times.

He didn’t have that right.

Refusal to testify before Congress is a federal crime, punishable by steep fines and prison time.

Fauci needs to pay for the horrors he willfully and gleefully inflicted on the American public and the entire world.

Join me now in demanding Congress hold Fauci in contempt and refer him for criminal indictment to the fullest extent of the law.

The manufactured COVID crisis is not over for the millions of people harmed by the shots and shutdowns.

  • Families lost loved ones to shot-induced heart attacks just like the one Fauci himself suffered (and hid) after taking the COVID shot.
  • Millions of people continue to suffer from the dangerous shots’ side effects, with paralysis, neuropathy, heart damage, infertility, and many other symptoms.
  •  People around the world lost their businesses and livelihoods.

All because Fauci lied for money, power and fame.

It’s time for Fauci to pay!
