Biological men use so-called “transgender” status to victimize and assault women 

Now Congress wants to give them the “right” to hurt more women. 

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is suing the Trump administration for its policies preventing men from using or being housed in women’s private spaces.

But shortly after being “allowed” in a women’s facility, the “face” of the ACLU’s gender-bending lawsuit was charged with raping two women in the previously women-only facility. And he’s not the only biological male using his “trans” status to harm girls and women — yet the ACLU is moving full steam ahead in this lawsuit!

Now Congress wants to give these violent, gender-confused men the opportunity to victimize women by declaring these men have a right to use bathrooms, locker rooms, and private spaces for women via the “Transgender Bill of Rights.”

Sue Robbins of Equality Utah’s Transgender Advisory Council claims: 

“There is no documented evidence of a transgender person in the United States ever causing an issue in the bathroom.”

But that is an outright LIE.

In Loudoun County, Virginia, a teenage, skirt-wearing boy sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl in the girls’ bathroom. The Loudoun County School District transferred the boy to another high school where he sexually assaulted another teen girl while wearing a court-ordered ankle monitor from the earlier assault. 

In Edmond, Oklahoma, a trans-identifying biological male student severely beat two biological female high school students — giving one of the girls a concussion — for refusing to talk to him while he was in the girls’ bathroom. Other girls tried to help the victims but reported the young man was simply too strong for them to stop the assault. 

In Riverside, California, a trans-identifying biological male student took advantage of California’s choose your own bathroom & locker room policy to expose his genitals and spit on the young ladies in the girls’ locker room. He then mercilessly beat two of the girls who were half his size. 

I‌n Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, an 18-year-old trans-identifying biological male student invaded the freshman girls’ locker room shower and proceeded to strip naked and invade their showers. Not only did the school board refuse to discipline the man or even force him to use the men’s locker rooms, but school board members also made public statements that they were more concerned with the man’s “feelings” than the girls’ safety. 

In Rikers Island, New York, while in jail awaiting trial on rape charges, 33-year-old Ramel “Diamond” Blount managed to get himself transferred to the women’s prison by claiming he identified as female. Once in the women's prison, he allegedly brutally raped a female inmate in the women's showers.

In Chowchilla, California, biological male “Tremayne” Deon Carroll was the “face” of the ACLU lawsuit that sought to put trans-identifying biological men into women’s prisons. Shortly after arriving at the women's prison, he allegedly promptly raped two of his female inmates. 

In Windham, Maine, Andrew “Andrea” Balcer is serving two life sentences for stabbing his parents and his dog to death because he was afraid they would not “accept him” as a “woman.” The State of Maine put him in a women’s prison for non-violent offenders, where female inmates say he has sexually assaulted at least four biological female inmates.

In Gig Harbor, Washington, Douglas “Donna” Perry raped and murdered at least three female prostitutes. Shortly before imprisonment, Perry got a sex change so that he could either escape capture or at least be housed in a women’s prison. Perry has allegedly raped at least one biological female inmate and assaulted others since moving to the women’s prison. 

Also in Gig Harbor, Hobby Bingham, now known as Princess Zoee Marie Andromeda Love, was convicted of raping a 12-year-old girl. Once in prison, Bingham decided to claim transgenderism to get transferred to the women’s prison, where he is accused of raping a mentally disabled female inmate serving time for a non-violent offense. 

Nine other biological men housed in this women’s prison have also been accused of and/or convicted of raping the biological females in this prison. 

The sad fact is these are not the only cases where biological men are claiming “transgender” status to victimize women. Entire books could be filled with the biological men gaining entrance to women's facilities in order to assault, abuse, and even rape biological females. 

But Congress is apparently all too eager to show their support for the LGBTQ that is pushing this dangerous madness. 

Don’t let Congress put even one more girl or woman in danger. Demand they VOTE NO on the Transgender Bill of Rights.
