Will Congress endorse boys in girls’ sports? 

AB Hernandez won the California state championship for GIRLS’ high jump and triple jump again this year. 

AB is a biological boy. 

“Becky” Pepper Jackson won the West Virginia GIRLS’ State Championship in shot put this past month. 

"Becky” is also a boy, and he beat his female competition by 2 feet. 

Now Congress is trying to pass a Resolution declaring it the will of Congress that gender-confused men like AB and Becky should be allowed to invade girls’ and women’s sports, competitions, locker rooms, and even showers.

• An Ohio YMCA refuses to fire an adult male who enjoys wearing women’s bathing suits at the pool while visibly aroused.
  
  Worse yet, this adult male entered the YOUTH GIRLS showers and insisted on entering our 15-year-old client’s shower.
  
  But the YMCA told our client that if HE made her uncomfortable, SHE would have to stop using the youth locker room and instead use the handicap bathroom!
• A California school district is demanding that our clients’ 6-year-old daughter undergo reeducation “counseling” because she believes God only made boys and girls, and she had the temerity to complain that the cross-dressing boy in her class kept showing her his private parts.
  
  The school told her parents that she needed to be taught how to be more understanding, accepting, and affirming of transgenderism.
  
• The Miss America Pageant still won’t give our client, Miss North Florida 2025 Kayleigh Bush, her rightful scholarship, after she refused to sign a contract that said young boys who undergo gender rejection surgeries and procedures as minors could participate in the Miss America contest.
  
  Not only does Kayleigh believe that only biological females should be allowed to participate in the Miss America contest, she (like all sane people) believes that chemically castrating and surgically mutilating a child is just plain evil. And as a committed Christian, she knows this gender insanity goes against God’s will and Word.

Last thing! “Becky” Pepper Jackson is suing West Virginia so he can keep beating girls!

Mr. Jackson just happens to be the “BPJ” in BPJ v. Hecox, wherein “Becky” sued to overturn West Virginia’s law banning boys like him from girls’ sports. Liberty Counsel filed an amicus brief in this fundamentally important case, and the High Court is expected to issue its ruling soon.

I believe that Congress is trying to pass the Transgender Bill of Rights just in case the pending Supreme Court ruling doesn’t go the way the LGBTQ mafia wants it to go.

So please, take a stand for girls and women before the LGBTQ endangers or erases them.
