Rhode Island REFUSES to obey the law

We will make sure the Constitution is obeyed 

Rogue, LGBTQ-led states like Rhode Island are refusing to obey plain law and crystal-clear U.S. Supreme Court rulings. 

Liberty Counsel won the first case in the nation, forcing cities and states to overturn their unconstitutional Christian counseling bans. But now LGBTQ-led states like Rhode Island are refusing to obey the Supreme Court’s recent Chiles v. Salazar ruling, which declared Christian counseling bans unconstitutional. 

Christian change counseling is THE most effective way to heal gender confusion. But, to save children from the sterilization and mutilation caused by irreversible surgeries, we must SUE these cities and states.

Hasbro Children’s, Rhode Island Hospital’s pediatric division (which is funded by the famous Hasbro toymaker’s charitable trust), REFUSES to stop child “transitioning” chemical and surgical services, in direct violation of President Trump’s executive order banning this gruesome practice.

Rhode Island’s hospital system even REFUSES to obey a U.S. Department of Justice subpoena requiring them to turn over documents about their banned child gender-change services.

Worse, Rhode Island even THUMBS ITS NOSE at the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Chiles v. Salazar that declared Christian counseling bans, like the one in Rhode Island, to be unconstitutional.

In Chiles, the Supreme Court ruled that laws banning counseling to help people overcome their unwanted lusts or confusion are unconstitutional. We have litigated against these harmful laws since 2012, and now we have a solid victory from the High Court.

We will not allow Rhode Island or any other state or local government to violate the Constitution. If they do not obey, we will file suit to force compliance with the law.

And Rhode Island isn’t the only one. LGBTQ-led cities and states across the nation are so intent on chemically and surgically mutilating children into sexless LGBTQ toys that they are willfully and blatantly refusing to obey the law.

There are only two ways to stop them.

1. By funding our lawsuits forcing rogue governments to drop their unconstitutional bans on Christian counseling.
2. By faxing Congress to demand members permanently outlaw chemical and surgical child “gender changes” once and for all by passing the Chloe Cole Act.
