TX Children's Hospital forced to provide FREE “Detransitioning” care after illegally mutilating hundreds of children

Texas Children’s Hospital is finally being held accountable for the hundreds of children they chemically castrated, sterilized, and surgically mutilated as part of their illegal children’s “gender-affirming care” clinic.

But hospitals, clinics, and physicians around the country continue to chemically and surgically “transition” children and young adults.

Congress needs to ACT NOW to prevent even more children and young adults from being permanently destroyed.

SICK EXPERIMENTATION ON CHILDREN

In 2024, Liberty Counsel helped break the stories of two whistleblowers about how Texas Children’s Hospital was conducting chemical castration, sterilization, and surgical mutilation of minor children in violation of Texas law.

The hospital was also committing Medicaid fraud by hiding the practices under false billing codes in order to get the State of Texas to pay for the services the state had already banned.

News just broke that the State of Texas is holding the hospital accountable for its sick experimentation on children. Texas Children’s Hospital must pay the state 10 million dollars for the fraudulent billing, fire five doctors involved in the coverup and not re-credential them, and open the nation’s first “Detransition” multidisciplinary clinic.

Best of all, for the next five years, the hospital must provide FREE care to children and adults mutilated by the “queer”-affirming industry.

I am thrilled that some of the nation’s largest children’s hospitals and their Frankenstein-like doctors are FINALLY being held accountable for the terrible damage they have done to so many people. And I am deeply thankful that thousands of children and adults will finally get the medical help they need to overcome this evil experiment.

Chloe Cole was just 12 years old when doctors pressured her parents into the gender lie. “Puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical procedures left me with lasting damage when I was still a child,” Chloe says. “The damage done to my body is in many ways irreparable, and seeking restoration has been nearly impossible.”

Liberal federal judges have blocked President Trump’s ban on “transgender” services for minors. The only way to get around this is to get Congress to pass the Chloe Cole Act.

ROGUE CITIES AND STATES REFUSE TO OBEY HIGH COURT

Meanwhile, pro-LGBTQ cities and states are REFUSING to obey the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent ruling in Chiles v. Salazar, which prevents state and local governments from banning Christian change counseling.

Instead, the 86 cities and states with Christian change counseling bans are forcing us to compel them to follow the U.S. Supreme Court ruling!

Christian change counseling is the one tool proven effective in healing gender dysphoria. We cannot allow lawless, rogue, LGBTQ-controlled cities to defy the law by withholding this lifesaving therapy.
