School forces teachers to affirm and adopt Marxist “Queer Theory” in order to teach

On July 1, 2025, the California legislature passed a law requiring public schools to implement a Marxist litmus test for all teachers. Through a mandatory program called “PRISM,” teachers are required to accept, affirm, and promote the "trans” agenda via Marxist “Queer Theory” or lose their jobs.

As of this current school year, California teachers are forced to undergo a six-week reeducation program, in which teachers must pass ideological tests and write 800-word essays to ensure compliance in implementing the Marxist “Queer Theory” of oppression into their classrooms, lessons, and professional behaviors.

The teachers are required to promote the “trans” agenda mandated in the PRISM program, which requires that biological reality should be ignored, and instead children should be “transitioned” into the opposite sex.

The program even requires them to write 800-word essays proving they have accepted and will implement the Queer Theory agenda. 

Not only is the district demanding teachers teach something that is biologically FALSE and IMPOSSIBLE (the antithesis of education), they are also denying these teachers’ First Amendment and federal religious accommodation rights. And that’s against the law.
