ACLU attorney claims federal law
doesn't mean what it says

The U.S. Supreme Court is poised to make a decision in Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. BPJ — the cases where biological MEN are suing to overturn Idaho’s and West Virginia’s “no men in women’s sports” policies, so that men can continue to beat women in competition. Liberty Counsel filed briefs in both cases

ACLU attorney Joshua Block, who represents “BPJ,” told the Court that he could not give a definition of s*x under Title IX. In fact, he asked the Court to disregard the definition of sex altogether in deciding the case

But as Chief Justice John Roberts quickly pointed out, the ACLU’s line of thinking just doesn’t make sense.

"Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, it's a statutory term, it must mean something," Justice Roberts said. "You're arguing here there is discrimination on the basis of sex, and how can we decide that question without knowing what sex means in Title IX? It has to mean something!”

Justice Roberts’ comments in the courtroom may sound promising, but many other questions and comments from other Justices were not. We need your urgent prayers and support to protect women!

In 2021, West Virginia banned men in women’s sports. A biological male, whose mother has been cross-dressing the boy since he was 4, sued to be allowed to compete in girls' sports. Lower courts overturned the WV ban, and “Becky” Pepper-Jackson subsequently beat every biological female for the Harris County, WV, track-and-field title.

The High Court will decide if states can ban biological men — no matter how many female hormones they have taken or how long they have been cross-dressing — from competing in women’s sports. Liberty Counsel has filed our brief with the Court, but we need your urgent prayers and financial support to keep defending girls' sports from “trans” attacks.

Men and women are NOT the same. Boys, by the very nature of their hard genetics, have stronger bones, denser muscle mass, larger hearts and lungs, as well as a host of other differences hard-wired into their DNA by our Creator.

Regardless of mutilating surgeries or even puberty-blocking hormones, these biological men are born stronger than their female peers. Now that the LGBTQ have forced confused, cross-dressing boys into women’s sports, these biological men are stealing titles, trophies, scholarships, opportunities, and more from the female athletes.

Title IX was designed to give WOMEN a place in sports.

Now MEN are taking those opportunities away from these women.

  • “Becky” Pepper-Jackson won the GIRLS’ Harris County, WV, Shot Put Championship.
  • “Veronica” Garcia won Washington’s 400-meter run state championship two years in a row.
  • AB Hernandez won the state High Jump title in the 2025 California High School championship, beating his female competitors by 8 feet.
  • “Aayden” Gallagher won Oregon’s 200-meter high school track championship.
  • “JayCee” Cooper won the 2019 national championship for bench press in the super heavyweight division.
  • “CeCe’” Telfer won the NCAA Division II National Championship in the 400-meter hurdles race and was named Outsports’ FEMALE Athlete of the year.
  • Lia Thomas won the NCAA Division I 500-meter freestyle swimming national championship.
  • “Terry” Miller broke Connecticut state records and won the state titles for the 100- and 200-meter track races, as well as twice winning the New England regional championships.
  • “Andraya” Yearwood took second place in the Connecticut 100-meter state championship, losing only to his fellow transgender athlete, “Terry” Miller.

Don’t let MEN keep stealing WOMEN’s titles!

Each of the above titles was supposed to go to biological females who cannot compete in men’s sports because of the natural physical advantage males have over females. Yet, the women’s titles above, and many, many more are being stolen by biological MEN.

No matter the drugs or hormones “BPJ” takes, his chromosomes are male, not female. Drugs, hormones, and mutilating surgeries do not alter a person’s DNA, which is imprinted on EVERY cell.

This radical and dangerous gender ideology has infiltrated public schools. It is the motivation behind the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the attempted assassination of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the shootings at the Minnesota Catholic school — the list goes on and on.

Meanwhile, legislators are plotting to THWART SCOTUS! Congress is working on HR 15 and S 1503, aka the “Equality Act.” If passed, this bill will turn basic biology on its head and force all of society to accept and promote the “transgender” agenda. That means girls and women will be forced to share their locker rooms, showers, bunkhouses, and sports with biological boys and men. Fax Congress and demand they VOTE NO on HR 15 and S 1503!
