Over 402,000 children won’t be celebrating independence tomorrow. Instead, those precious children’s lives were extinguished by Planned Parenthood in 2024 alone — and these monsters used OUR money to accomplish their atrocities.

On July 4, 1776, 12 colonies declared independence from the British crown, with Pennsylvania joining shortly thereafter on August 2.  

The Declaration of Independence clearly states that we are endowed by our Creator with the unalienable right to LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  

But sadly, many in Congress refuse to offer those unalienable rights to the children living in their mother’s womb. 

Abortion is 97.1% of Planned Parenthood’s business, according to their own annual report. 

Planned Parenthood’s 2023-2024 annual report brags that it killed a staggering 402,230 children that year alone, raking in more than 792 million dollars in taxpayer funds. 

The abortion giant kills an average of 1,102 babies a day using our money. That’s one child murdered every 78 seconds — and WE are being forced to pay for it! 

Abortion is the third-leading cause of death in the United States. 

Only cancer (613,352 deaths) and heart disease (680,981 deaths) killed more people in 2023 than Planned Parenthood. 

American taxpayers provided 39% of Planned Parenthood’s budget to continue its child-killing spree — a sickening 792 million dollars. But we can STOP this murder-for-hire scheme by compelling Congress to DEFUND Big Abortion in the Big Beautiful Budget Bill that will be finalized and voted on as soon as today. 

For 36 years, Liberty Counsel has been fighting for the lives of the innocent. Our powerful amicus brief was cited in the Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey.  

Last year, our legal briefs similarly helped overturn In re: T.W., the 1989 Florida Supreme Court opinion that made the Sunshine State more extreme than Roe v. Wade. This was also a Planned Parenthood case. Now Florida has a six-week “Heartbeat Law.” And the result is that tens of thousands of children are alive for their first Independence Day. 

We’ve helped states develop legislation that protects life. Since the Dobbs decision in June 2022, Liberty Counsel has filed many briefs in state Supreme Courts. The results speak for themselves. In case after case, the courts have upheld pro-life laws. 

Our client Sandra Merritt’s videos prompted South Carolina, Texas, and several other states to ban any state tax dollars from going to Planned Parenthood.  

Our amicus brief in Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic helped convince the U.S. Supreme Court to allow South Carolina and other states to defund Planned Parenthood.  

We continue to battle the abortion pills that have become the No. 1 child killer in the nation. These drugs are polluting our public water systems with abortifacient drugs and human remains that water treatment plants are unable to remove from the water. 

Is it any surprise that Americans are experiencing increased miscarriages among non-abortive women? This is a public health nightmare, and we will not remain silent.
