• Overturning Christian counseling bans.

Chiles v. Salazar: Colorado is violating the rights of parents and minors by banning Christian change counseling for people struggling with unwanted desires, behaviors, and gender confusion. Liberty Counsel has already overturned counseling 23 bans. This case could end ALL of the 87 remaining counseling bans nationwide. We are now working on the brief to address the arguments later this year.

• Ending taxpayer-funded abortions.

Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic: The multibillion-dollar international abortion cartel known as Planned Parenthood is fighting to force taxpayers to fund its wholesale child butchering. We’re fighting to stop Planned Parenthood from ever again receiving one red cent of taxpayer dollars. Last year, Planned Parenthood raked in more than 600 million dollars from the federal government alone.

• Stopping state discrimination against Christian schools.

Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board v. Drummond: Oklahoma is against Christian charter-based schools solely on the basis of religion. We’re fighting to level the playing field.

• Defending parental rights against LGBTQ indoctrination.

Mahmoud v. Taylor: Public schools in Montgomery County, Maryland, are forcing children to undergo LGBTQ indoctrination, stripping parents of their right to object and withdraw their children from these “mandatory” LGBTQ exercises. At least 22 books indoctrinate children with extreme LBGTQ propaganda as young as 3 years old!

• COVID Craziness Continues.

• Does 1-3 v. Hochul: NY Gov. Kathy Hochul unlawfully ordered New York hospitals to ignore and blatantly violate employees’ Title VII religious freedom rights. Our clients were unlawfully fired for requesting religious accommodation and for refusing to give up their religious freedom rights.

• Alicia Lowe, et al., v. Janet Mills: Similar to the NY case above, ME Gov. Janet Mills unlawfully ordered the firing of any health care employee who refused the COVID shots for religious reasons. Liberty Counsel represents seven health care workers who were denied their First Amendment and Title VII religious freedom rights.
