On Wednesday, April 2, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in Medina v. Planned Parenthood of South Atlantic.

After Liberty Counsel’s powerful brief exposing the racist, eugenic origins of abortion, which was cited by the Supreme Court in helping to overturn the death-dealing Roe v. Wade decision, states began heavily restricting abortion or banning it altogether. Many states moved to prevent taxpayers from being forced to pay for abortions.

As the country’s largest abortion provider, these laws put a big damper on Planned Parenthood’s 2-billion-dollar-a-year abortion profits — one-third of which comes directly from taxpayer dollars. Planned Parenthood is fighting back, aiming to sue pro-life states into funding their baby-killing profit machine. Liberty Counsel is on the case.

Planned Parenthood is using the money our government gave them to force the government to give them yet more money. And in accordance with their Nazi collaborator and eugenicist Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger’s racist ideals, the money is also targeting the black population for extermination. Sanger sought nothing less than the genocide of “undesirable” races in her warped eugenic quest for achieving the perfect breed of human. One-hundred years later, Planned Parenthood is suing to force taxpayers to fund this continuing genocide.

Planned Parenthood of South Atlantic (PPSA) brags that it is the abortion “leader” for North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. Outside studies show that Planned Parenthood is the No. 1 provider of all abortions in each of these states.

In West Virginia, black babies were aborted more than three times more often than white babies, until the state banned ALL abortion and ALL taxpayer funding of abortion.

In Virginia, a state that only bans abortions after the mother is 7 1/2 months pregnant, black babies are aborted four times more often than white babies. The state has severely restricted taxpayer funding of abortion.

In North Carolina, black women comprise only 23% of state population, yet receive 51% of all abortions. The state has banned abortion after the mother is 3 months and 1 week pregnant and has also banned ALL taxpayer funding of abortion.

In South Carolina, black women of childbearing age represent just 31% of the population, yet receive 54% of abortions. The state has banned abortion after the mother is 6 weeks pregnant and has also banned ALL taxpayer funding of abortion.

It’s bad enough that Planned Parenthood is already using our federal taxpayer dollars to kill babies — especially black babies. Now they are using our money to try to force citizens to give the abortion clinics even more money to kill even more minority children. It’s sick and bizarre, and Liberty Counsel’s latest brief to the Supreme Court details the case all too well.
