If Big Pharma produces a drug that causes injury, they can be sued for damages. But if the same company produces a “vaccine,” it has absolute legal immunity no matter how many people the vaccine injures or kills.

In the 1980s, pharmaceutical companies were facing massive lawsuits over faulty vaccines that killed or injured people. The DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus) vaccine in particular caused encephalopathy, persistent crying, hypotonic-hyporesponsive episodes (collapse episodes), seizures, chronic neurological damage, and brain damage.

Instead of fixing their dangerous vaccines, the pharmaceutical companies leaned on Congress to pass the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) and the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act.

Those laws, which might as well be called the “Big Pharma Protection Acts,” gave drug makers absolute immunity from injuries and deaths caused by their vaccines.

Vaccines are the ONLY drugs that have absolute immunity.

Recent history is replete with examples of drug companies being successfully sued by the people (or their families) who were injured or killed by pharmaceutical drugs.

• Bayer Pharmaceuticals was forced to pay more than 1.4 billion after its birth control drug Yasmin caused dangerous blood clots.
• American Home Products was forced to pay 7.36 billion after its weight loss drug Fen-Phen caused life-threatening heart and lung damage.
• Takeda, which manufactured the diabetes drug Actos, was forced to pay 2.3 billion to patients who suffered bladder cancer.
• Otsuka Pharmaceuticals was forced to pay victims hundreds of millions of dollars, with more judgments to come, when its drug Abilify caused patients to develop compulsive gambling and sex syndromes.

Yet these companies, and any others who manufacture “vaccines,” are IMMUNE from lawsuits or damages when their vaccines injure or kill people — they never pay a dime!

So, who pays the people injured by vaccines? Vaccine recipients!

Congress set up the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), whereby people injured or killed by vaccines (or their families) can receive financial compensation from the government. Big Pharma doesn’t pay a dime into this fund!

Instead, the program is funded by a 75-cent tax on every vaccine sold. So vaccine recipients are literally paying for their own injury compensation.

Worse yet, the U.S. government purchased the COVID shots — meaning you and I, the taxpayers, picked up the tab for Big Pharma’s financial liability.  

But, because it is such a laborious bureaucratic process to get compensation from the VICP, very few people complete it, and if they do, the financial award is a pittance.

Over 1.6 million COVID shot injuries have been reported to the U.S. government’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). The government itself admits that less than 1% of vaccine injuries are reported to VAERS, meaning the true number injured by COVID jabs is much higher.

By April 2023, more than 8,000 people injured by the COVID shots filed a claim with the VICP. But only 20 people were “compensated” for their injuries. And the bulk of them were paid less than 5,000 dollars each!

• One person who contracted myocarditis, a life-threatening swelling of the heart leading to often-fatal heart attacks, received just 1,583.
• Another COVID-shot-induced myocarditis victim received just 1,033.

The amounts those shot-induced myocarditis victims received are a far cry from the payouts Big Pharma has been forced to pay for their other non-vaccine drug injuries. And those VICP amounts eventually paid were not even enough to cover patients’ hospital co-pays or the prescription medications they needed to save their lives from the damage the COVID shot caused, let alone the victims’ pain, suffering, and lifelong health problems.

Worse yet, Pharma did not pay those people — WE did. Pharmaceutical companies don't contribute a dime to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. The funds came from just one source — the taxpayer. You and I are paying for Big Pharma’s mistakes while these corporate giants are raking in billions.

After injuring and killing more than a million Americans with their COVID shot, the pharmaceutical companies got off scot free.

Over the years, pharmaceutical companies have been forced to pay drug injury victims TRILLIONS of dollars. But they haven’t had to pay people injured by faulty vaccines a single dime. Thanks to Congress’ Big Pharma Protection Acts, making vaccines is the single most profitable thing a drug company can do — because those companies face ZERO financial penalties no matter how many people their vaccines injure or kill.

Instead, U.S. taxpayers are forced to pay for Big Pharma’s mistakes.
