In the 1980s, pharmaceutical companies concocted a scheme to avoid any and all liability for deaths and injuries caused by faulty vaccines. Members of Congress happily obliged their top campaign funders, passing two laws that give vaccine makers absolute immunity no matter how many people their vaccines injure or kill. These immunity laws apply to ALL vaccines.

Those bills might as well be called the “Big Pharma Protection Acts.”

Now that even U.S. government records show the COVID shots have injured or killed at least 1.6 million Americans, it’s time to end Big Pharma’s protection scheme once and for all.

AstraZeneca busted ...

In February 2024, AstraZeneca admitted in a British court that its COVID shot caused serious injury and death, telling the court: “It is admitted that the AZ vaccine can, in very rare cases, cause TTS.” Three months later, the pharmaceutical giant quietly withdrew its COVID drug from the market.

TTS stands for Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome, a life-threatening condition that causes fatal blood clots and a low blood platelet count. The court hearing was part of a massive class action lawsuit brought by families injured or killed by the company’s faulty drug.

But this wasn’t “new” news. In fact, scientists first identified a link between the vaccine and thrombocytopenia and thrombosis in March 2021 — right after the COVID-19 “vaccine” rollout began.

But the drug companies continued rolling out the blood clot-inducing shots because there was nothing to lose and mountains of risk-free cash to claim.

Despite AstraZeneca's shocking admission, the company won’t have to pay the families of the people they killed or injured. That’s because the British government, like the United States, gave immunity to these multibillion-dollar drug companies for “vaccines.”

The United States has also given all vaccine makers total legal immunity.

Demand Congress END the Big Pharma Protection Acts!

Pfizer’s shocking admission ...

On October 12, 2022, Rob Roos, the Dutch member of the European Parliament, grilled Pfizer officials on its COVID shot. “Was the Pfizer COVID vaccine tested on stopping the transmission of the virus before it entered the market?”

Janine Small, Pfizer’s president of international markets, responded with a simple “No” before trying to explain away the glaring oversight by offering this weak excuse: “We had to do everything at risk.”

Except there was NO risk to Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or any of the other makers of faulty COVID shots because the United States gave total immunity to the shot makers from any and all financial damages.

VACCINES are the ONLY drugs indemnified by the U.S. government. And not just COVID shots either, but ALL vaccines. No other product or consumer good in the entire U.S. economy enjoys such indemnification.

How did this happen?

Throughout the early 1980s, pharmaceutical companies were facing massive civil lawsuits over the injuries that their vaccines were causing. The DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus) vaccine caused encephalopathy, persistent crying, hypotonic-hyporesponsive episodes (collapse episodes), seizures, chronic neurological damage, and brain damage.

Rather than make safer vaccines or pulling bad vaccines from the market, those companies leaned on Congress to protect them from any and ALL liability — even when their own studies showed they KNEW their vaccines were harming people.

Congress willingly obliged their congressional campaign funders, creating the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986. The new law was deceptively titled to give average Americans the false belief that victims of vaccine injuries would be protected from faulty vaccines.

Congress doubled down on protecting its Big Pharma donors in 2005 when it passed the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, granting Big Pharma even more immunity protection for their vaccines.

The NCVIA and PREP laws absolved drug companies from any and all liability for the deaths and injuries vaccines cause.

Drug makers can be, should be, and are sued for producing faulty, dangerous drugs — unless that drug is labeled a “vaccine.” It’s time for that to end.

According to the CDC vaccine injury site (VAERS), there have been more than 1.6 million reports of COVID vaccine injuries and deaths in the United States alone. The CDC admits that these reports are less than 1% of all vax injuries or deaths due to doctors and pharmaceutical companies not reporting vax injuries and deaths as required.

But thanks to members of Congress whose campaigns were largely funded by Big Pharma and who experience the constant pressure of pharmaceutical lobbyists, Big Pharma NEVER has to pay its victims!
