In his one and only cabinet meeting this year, Joe Biden instructed his cabinet and Vice President Kamala Harris to “keep running through the tape” to implement the Biden-Harris agenda before the end of this administration’s reign.

For her part, Kamala Harris is advocating putting yet another stake through the heart of freedom by eliminating the Senate filibuster rule, saying she “can’t wait” to cast THE tie-breaking vote on the child killing and LGBTQ ideals this wicked administration embraces, and which are embodied in HR 15.

Don’t let Kamala Harris steamroll democracy.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has HR 15, the so-called “Equality Act,” queued up just waiting for Kamala’s dream that puts every Christian and every parent who resists the LGBTQ and abortion movement in extreme danger.

This moral disaster of this bill eliminates religious freedom rights by forcing every man, woman and child — including pastors, religious hospitals, churches and parochial schools — to accept, endorse, and promote the LGBTQ agenda or face the wrath of the U.S. Department of Justice.

HR 15 forces men into women’s locker rooms and sports, endangering girls and women by the presence of men in their most private spaces, as well as the physical dangers posed by a female facing a stronger male opponent. And through this measure, any protection for women and their equality aims are destroyed by men lining up to steal women’s titles, scholarships, and medals.

This bill also enables “woke” child protective service agencies to remove gender-confused children from Christian parents’ homes, just as it would provide legal grounds for LGBTQ-compliant foster care and adoption services to refuse to place children in Christian homes.

HR 15 will ALSO make unlimited abortion up until birth the law of the land. And every doctor, nurse, and religious hospital will be REQUIRED to promote and provide abortions as well as gender-bending child and adult sex-change services. No religious exemptions will be allowed.

Here at Liberty Counsel, we are ALREADY being bombarded with legal help calls from Christians in states where these measures have already been implemented on the local level.

• We’ve had calls from parents whose gender-confused children have already been taken by child protective services because their parents refused to play along with their child’s delusions.
• English teachers have been fired for correcting plural/singular grammatical errors, like the grammatical misuse of “they/them,” because such grammatical correctness does not “affirm” a confused child’s “preferred” pronoun.
• Christian military members have been removed from duty over their personal, private social media posts questioning the wisdom of drag queens reading storybooks to public preschool students.
• Medical professionals are being coerced into participating in child sex changes and/or abortions.
• We are already litigating statewide bans on Christian counseling because it refuses to affirm and promote the LGBTQ lifestyle.

If HR 15 passes, these local woke dictates WILL become the law of the land. If that happens, Liberty Counsel would certainly battle such a law all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court to restore life, religious freedom, and the natural family. But it often takes years to get a case before the High Court, and in that long time, unimaginable damage WILL be done, allowing LGBTQ mandates to become normalized in the fabric of our society and therefore more difficult to defeat.

Recent open seats in the U.S. House have left Speaker Mike Johnson with a razor-thin one-vote margin between House Republicans and Democrats.  

Every single Democrat House member has already co-sponsored HR 15.

With 213 co-sponsors, this legislation only needs six more votes to pass. 

Given Joe Biden’s orders, and Kamala Harris’ “can't wait to kill democracy” attitude, the American people must now raise our voices as one, demanding every single Republican and lover of liberty VOTE NO on HR 15.

Even if you have faxed before, please alert Congress now. They need to know that the American people will NOT tolerate this last-minute push by the Biden-Harris administration to push to mutilate our children!

“You don’t know what it’s like to live in a state where you can lose custody of your child if you refuse to affirm their ‘trans’ identity,” said one desperate father who called our offices for legal help.

If HR 15 passes, that father will be one of many whose parental rights are sacrificed on the altar of government-enforced LGBTQ ideals.

“I can’t do this anymore,” said one doctor after assisting in an abortion where a child’s arm was unceremoniously ripped off.

If HR 15 passes, the government will force that doctor to perform abortions or lose her ability to practice medicine.

“How can I teach English if I’m not allowed to teach proper pronouns?” asks the teacher who will be forced to reconsider her entire career if the government mandates “transgender affirmation.”
