Kamala’s Cover-Ups and Vicious Attacks

In 2015, the California attorney general’s office received incontrovertible proof that Planned Parenthood was conducting illegal human organ trafficking in California and across the country.

The group was caught on film bragging about ripping living, breathing babies from their mother’s wombs, only to literally butcher the children alive for their organs. Those organs were then sold to the highest bidders.

The crimes our client Sandra Merritt filmed as an undercover journalist were as despicable and nauseating as any WW II Nazi concentration camp films.

But instead of launching an immediate investigation or arresting the perpetrators who had admitted to their crimes on camera, then-California AG Kamala Harris launched a criminal investigation into the undercover journalists who filmed those videos.

That investigation led to multiple criminal charges and 16 million dollars in judgments against our client, Sandra Merritt, whose videos exposed Planned Parenthood’s crimes.

Even the Los Angeles Times Editorial Board wrote an article blasting this weaponization against private journalists exercising their First Amendment rights. It was the first such criminal prosecution in the history of California and hopefully the last. All this because of Kamala Harris and her extreme abortion ideology.

Harris tried to hide Planned Parenthood’s crimes against humanity.

Using a bogus affidavit, Harris issued a search warrant against the Center for Medical Progress, the organization behind Sandra and the undercover videos. To try to hide Planned Parenthood’s crimes, Harris ordered a raid on the CMP founder’s home, demanding California law enforcement seize computers, hard drives, and filming equipment.

Shortly thereafter, Planned Parenthood became one of the major donors who helped Harris ascend to the U.S. Senate, then also to Biden/Harris’ presidential campaign.

Harris endorsed Xavier Becerra to fill her seat as California attorney general. Becerra continued Harris’ criminal investigation into Sandra Merritt, ignoring Planned Parenthood’s crimes. Becerra then charged Sandra for daring to expose the abortion giant.

As a result of Harris’ criminal investigation against the whistleblowers, our client, Sandra Merritt, now faces up to 10 years in prison and over 16 million dollars in fines for exposing Planned Parenthood’s crimes.

We are battling giants.

And just to show how far influence can get Planned Parenthood protectors, it was Kamala Harris, as vice president, who swore Xavier Becerra into office as the 25th U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Liberty Counsel has been defending Sandra Merritt throughout this process. It has been the longest and most expensive case in Liberty Counsel history.

It was disturbing that a women so eager to hide undeniable crimes was elevated to the second highest office in our land. It is even more troubling that this woman may become leader of the United States of America.
