Most recently, Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) indicted a doctor on four trumped-up felony charges for daring to expose the horrific LGBTQ experimentation a Texas hospital was performing on children — in violation of Texas law.

In February 2022, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton declared that chemical and surgical sex-change procedures on minor children legally constitute child abuse under Texas state law. As mandatory reporters, all teachers, doctors, and nurses were required by Texas law to report violations or face felony charges.

One doctor, a medical resident at Texas Children's Hospital (TCH), took that obligation seriously. He was sickened by what he saw every day at work. One year after puberty blockers and mutilating surgeries were banned in Texas, TCH, which is the state’s top pediatric hospital, continued to break the law, poisoning and maiming children, and lying about it.

“I knew that it was my moral responsibility to expose what was happening to these children,” the doctor said.

The doctor collected documents proving the hospital’s crimes and carefully redacted all identifying patient information before going public, anonymously, about what he knew.

Those documents revealed that within just three days of TCH CEO Mark Wallace declaring that the hospital had shut down its “gender affirming” clinic to comply with Texas law, the clinic implanted puberty blockers in an 11-year-old girl. From then on, the TCH program was back up and running at full speed.

Records confirm that the hospital was implanting puberty blockers and opposite-sex hormones into scores of children ages 11-15 for an entire year after Texas outlawed the practice. And they would have kept doing it had this doctor not gone public with what he knew.

Within days of the doctor’s whistleblower report, AG Paxton launched an official investigation into TCH, saying “children are not to be treated as science experiments.”

What happened next is terrifying. Two months after the whistleblower report, Vanessa Sivadge, a nurse at TCH, woke up to hear pounding on her door. Two FBI agents were demanding to be let in to discuss “some things happening at work.”

But instead of investigating the illegal activity happening at TCH, the FBI agents wanted to know the identity of the whistleblower — and scare Vanessa into silence.

“They threatened me,” Vanessa says. “They promised they would make life difficult for me if I was trying to protect the leaker. They said I was ‘not safe’ at work and claimed that someone at my workplace had given my name to the FBI.” Vanessa gave them nothing.

One month later, on the morning of what should have been Dr. Eithan Haim’s graduation from TCH’s residency program, three heavily armed FBI agents pounded on his door. Dr. Haim had been identified as the “leaker” who had embarrassed TCH and the LGBTQ agenda Joe Biden so heavily endorses. Assistant U.S. Attorney Tina Ansari informed Dr. Haim that she intended to prosecute him.

When Dr. Haim did not stay silent, federal marshals appeared on his doorstep with four federal indictments. Despite Haim’s whistleblower records not including patient-identifying information, the DOJ is prosecuting him for exposing TCH’s crimes. If convicted, Dr. Haim faces up to 10 years in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in federal fines.

“To these agents, the prosecutor, and their political handlers, I was a criminal because I had told the truth,” Dr. Haim says. “It didn’t matter that the practice they were lying about had now become illegal. It didn’t matter that I had committed no crime.”

“None of this mattered, I believe, because I had exposed a truth that threatened their ideology. This was the reason for their frightening show of force. The intent was to intimidate me. If I had agreed to stay silent, though, I would be legitimizing their lies and sacrificing the truth. Instead, I decided to fight back.”

The Biden administration is trying to intimidate people to remain silent about child abuse.
