Joe Biden and his globalist pals are seeking a Trojan horse to allow them to violate our constitutional protections. “The World Health Organization is going to be that entity,” warns Brett Weinstein, Ph.D.

As a liberal evolutionary biologist who has written extensively on public health policies as well as on how vaccines and drugs affect the human body, Weinstein gained notoriety during the COVID “crisis” for daring to contradict the WHO’s COVID policies.

Three years later, and Dr. Weinstein’s COVID assertions — from the problems with the mRNA shots to the effectiveness of ivermectin against the virus — have been proven correct, while the WHO’s policies on everything from masking to shutdowns have been widely debunked.

Weinstein isn’t backing down from the WHO. The censorship Weinstein endured for telling the scientific truth during COVID only spurred him to watch the WHO more closely — especially the WHO’s Pandemic Treaty and revised IHR.

Over the past several weeks, WHO committees have been working on two fronts to achieve the same purpose — passage of the Pandemic Treaty and revisions to the IHR. At present, the two separate agreements appear to mirror each other in effect, in that they both cede members nations’ authority over their own laws to the WHO. This is precisely Joe Biden’s plan to bypass the American judicial system.

The WHO website clearly states that “[t]he IHR are an instrument of international law that is legally-binding on 196 countries, including the 194 WHO Member States” (emphasis in original).

Much like the Pandemic Treaty, the revised IHR also seeks to give the WHO control over member nations, including but not limited to:

• Surveillance.

• On-site investigations.

• Laboratory diagnostics, tests, and medications.

• Implementation of control measures like lockdowns and trade.

• Access to health services and health products.

• Censoring “misinformation and disinformation.”

• Logistics.

• Vaccines, medical treatment, and protocols.

• Tracking and tracing.

• And much more.

These measures seek to give the WHO the power to spy on Americans without a warrant, force implementation of WHO policies, put the WHO in charge of our supply chain, and even give the WHO the authority to censor viewpoints it doesn’t like.

Weinstein knows all too well how this process works. Throughout COVID, Weinstein’s assertions on the COVID shots and the efficacy of ivermectin were largely censored by “fact checkers.” Long after the supposed COVID “crisis” passed, Weinstein’s arguments have been proven correct.

If these measures pass, whether through the Pandemic Treaty or the revised IHR, the result is the same — WHO control over our government and loss of our sovereignty and freedom.

“Our Constitution doesn’t describe exemptions from your rights during a time of a pandemic emergency,” Weinstein says. “Your rights simply are what they are, and they’re not supposed to go anywhere just because there’s a disease spreading. But nonetheless, people’s willingness to accept the erosion of their rights because of a public health emergency has allowed this tyranny to use it as a Trojan horse.”

The COVID “crisis” is long over. We cannot allow the panic that was generated during those dark times to replace common sense. We cannot allow our rights over our privacy, choice of medicines, supply lines, or even our freedom of speech to be subjugated by an unelected globalist cabal.

Congress still has time to stop this trainwreck by passing HR 1425 and S 444. But Congress must act fast to pass these bills BEFORE Joe Biden signs away our sovereignty. Right now, those bills are stuck in committee, unable to come to the floor for a vote.
