NY AG Letitia James Just Blew It

May 14, 2024

New York State Attorney General Letitia James was too busy to do her job because she was desperately trying to prosecute President Trump on bogus charges. And New York Governor Kathy Hochul was too busy to do her job because she was trying to save Democrats from falling in the polls.

Those missteps may have just cost Democrats a win in November’s general election, and may cost Planned Parenthood the opportunity to maim, sterilize, and kill even more future New Yorkers. Liberty Counsel is involved in litigation designed to stop these death mongers.

But Planned Parenthood isn’t taking any chances. The abortion giant is leaning on Congress to enact the same abortion free-for-all that it’s backing in New York, Florida, Missouri, and elsewhere. HR 12 and S 701 seek to protect Planned Parenthood’s death-dealing empire by making abortion on demand up to birth a federal right. With razor-thin margins in the House and Senate, Congress needs to hear from you NOW. Fax Congress, then read on. — Mat

Just one week after the U.S. Supreme Court’s Dobbs ruling overturned Roe v. Wade, Gov. Kathy Hochul hatched a plan she hoped would rescue Democrats from expected political losses in 2024. Hochul had become deeply unpopular for her draconian COVID-era lockdown and shot mandate polices.

During the COVID shutdowns, police were told to enforce Hochul’s mandatory quarantines on any New Yorker that dared defy her travel bans. Orthodox rabbis were arrested for attending a funeral, and New Yorkers were forced to take the now-proven-dangerous COVID shots to keep their jobs or even attend public events. New Yorkers and New York businesses fled the state in droves rather than be bankrupted by Hochul’s dystopian lockdown policies.

And Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has become so unpopular that her voters regularly shout her down during town hall meetings, calling her a traitor during her local appearances. And of course, Democrat leader Joe Biden is polling at even worse approval numbers than Jimmy Carter.

Hochul thought she might be able to save their political careers, while also benefiting the Democrat bankroller, Planned Parenthood. Since the Dobbs ruling, Planned Parenthood has pivoted, creating “trans” health services that maim and sterilize young adults to augment funds lost from abortion bans around the country.

On July 1, 2022, just one week after the U.S. Supreme Court’s Dobbs ruling overturned the murderous Roe v. Wade decision, Gov. Hochul called a special session of the NY legislature to create an amendment to New York’s Constitution that would make the right to kill a child or sterilize and maim people a protected “right.

Meanwhile, NY Attorney General Letitia James was doing her part to try to save the party by cooking up bogus charges against former President Donald Trump in hopes of preventing him from appearing on the New York ballot.

Hochul and James rushed forward with their plan, and that rush may have cost them the elections they were trying to save, as well as the opportunity to send more fuel to Planned Parenthood’s human population reduction schemes.

The New York Constitution requires the state attorney general to “render an opinion in writing” on how any constitutional amendment would affect other provisions of the New York Constitution. The law is clear that the AG’s analysis must be provided before the lawmakers vote on the bill.

But AG James was preoccupied with trying to end Donald Trump’s reelection bid to be bothered to provide this analysis before the legislature voted in favor of Hochul’s pro-Planned Parenthood ballot initiative.

On May 7, Monroe County Supreme Court Judge Daniel J. Doyle declared Hochul’s proposed ballot initiative to be “null and void,” ordering the amendment to be removed from the November ballot.

Both James and Hochul are predictably crying foul, blaming “conservative judges” for thwarting their plans, despite the very clear statute showing the two failed to do their jobs as the law prescribes.

Worse yet, to cover the abortion lobby’s bases and kill more children, AG James is now suing pregnancy resource centers, trying to prevent them from advertising lifesaving abortion pill reversals.

Studies show that giving extra progesterone within 72 hours of taking the chemical abortion pill mifepristone can successfully save 65-68% of the children that would otherwise have been killed. But AG James apparently would prefer to see those children dead rather than allow their mothers to make their own decisions about saving their baby’s life.

Liberty Counsel will fight Hochul and James from implementing their unlawfully constructed child killing and “trans” sterilization measures. I will keep you apprised of the case as it continues.

However, if Congress passes HR 12/S 701, children will die. This bill will make unlimited abortion on demand, up to birth, a federal right.

Every state law, including health and safety measures, will be overturned. As we saw with Kermit Gosnell of Pennsylvania, where abortion clinics were not inspected for 20 years, WOMEN WILL DIE.

But of course, that’s exactly what the eugenics-minded folks of the abortion industry want ... a reduction in the human population. And they are achieving this evil goal with every baby they abort and every young person they maim and sterilize.

HR 12 needs only ONE MORE VOTE to make unlimited abortion the law of the land.
