“More children from the fit, less from the unfit. That is the chief aim of birth control,” wrote Margaret Sanger. “Birth control means the release and cultivation of the better racial elements in our society, and the gradual suppression, elimination and eventual extirpation of defective stocks — those human weeds which threaten the blooming of the finest flowers of American civilization.”

This is the tip of the evil iceberg Sandra Merritt set out to expose. And for that, she now faces 16 million dollars in fines. This injustice must be reversed.

Back in the 1920s, birth control pills did not yet exist. Rather, Sanger’s plan likely inspired the German Nazi officials, including Adolf Hitler, whom she apparently met in person. Sanger sought to rid the world of undesirables, controlling their birth rates by killing babies in the womb, and sterilizing what she and her eugenic-minded Malthusian friends deemed “unfit” mothers so these women could never “breed” again.  

Fast-forward 100 years, and not much has changed at the multibillion-dollar global enterprise Sanger founded. Sandra’s undercover videos prove that modern Planned Parenthood executives don’t deem the tiny babies they butcher to be any more human than the “weeds” of civilization Sanger dreamed of forcibly yanking from the garden of humanity. 

Both then and now, Planned Parenthood deems these lives to be lesser, worthless beings worthy of only experimentation and extermination. And much like the Nazis, these abortion doctors’ own words prove they have little regard for the law either.

Sandra Merritt’s undercover videos reveal Planned Parenthood abortion doctors describing in their own words how they break federal late-term abortion laws to garner higher profits in their illegal scheme to harvest intact body parts and sell them for enormous profit.

Our case defending Sandra also includes testimony from a medical researcher who said these organs had to have been removed from living, breathing, helpless human beings who were dissected ALIVE. The more intact the organs, the higher the price they fetch on the human organ trafficking market. 

In California, if you believe someone is involved in criminal activity, you can record them. Or if the recordings are in public places with others present and not confidential, recordings are permitted. But Planned Parenthood has heavily contributed to California’s political class … and now Sandra is being punished for serving as part of the free press meant to protect the public!

ALL of Sandra’s videos were recorded in public places, documenting the Planned Parenthood officials’ own words. While the organ procurement companies were fined for their illegal trafficking of baby body parts, not a single Planned Parenthood employee was ever brought to justice.

Because Sandra’s target was the multibillion-dollar global abortion giant, SANDRA is the one on trial. In addition to a separate criminal trial in which Sandra faces years in prison (we are also her Counsel of Record), Sandra has also been slapped with 16 million dollars in fines for exposing Planned Parenthood’s crimes.

Sandra’s case is now on the desks of the Supreme Court Justices.

On September 26, just seven days from now, the U.S. Supreme Court will review Sandra’s case during its “Super Conference” in which the Justices will select the cases they will hear in the upcoming term. Our case of Sandra Merritt v. Planned Parenthood Federation of America is on the docket.
