URGENT—Stop the Child Abuse!

Jul 22, 2022

Pro-abortion forces have spent a lot of time talking about “forced births” since Roe v. Wade was overturned, but what about the victims of abortions who are forced to die in their mother’s wombs? Read on to learn of a remarkable story of pain and healing … and a twin who refused to be aborted.

The Senate is poised to pass a bill legalizing unrestricted abortion on demand. Even gruesome partial birth abortions as well as “D&E” abortions will once again be legal. And more young women forced into abortion will be emotionally scarred by the loss of their unborn children. Please, sign our petition and fax the Senate. Tell them to VOTE NO on ALL ABORTION-ENABLING BILLS! — Mat

STOP abortion on demand once and for all. Fax State and Federal Legislators NOW before they make abortion the law of the land!

Tanya was just 13 years old when she discovered she was pregnant. Her parents had divorced, and her mother worked three jobs just to survive. Tanya was left to her own devices most days, making adult decisions poorly in her search for affection and fulfillment.

Tanya’s mother hustled her off to an Oklahoma abortion clinic the very day she discovered her daughter was pregnant. Tanya was not given a say in the matter. She had no choice at all. She was forced to have an abortion.

Doctors told Tanya that her life would go back to normal in just a few days. They were very, very wrong.

One month after the “D&E” procedure that had dissected the child in her womb, Tanya was still exhibiting signs of pregnancy. Her mother took her to the same abortionist who informed them that the first abortion had indeed worked, but the problem was that Tanya had been pregnant with twins—and one had managed to survive.

The original abortionist refused to perform a second “D&E” procedure, so Tanya’s mother drove her across state lines to Kansas in search of a late-term abortion. Again, Tanya had no choice. But the Kansas abortionists also refused to perform a second abortion for fear of serious infection that would threaten Tanya’s life.

Little Claire was born two and a half months early, weighing just 3 pounds, 2 ounces. The abortionist who took the life of her twin had also severely damaged Claire’s amniotic sac and her tiny body. She was born with two dislocated hips, with legs stunted and turned inward ending in club feet. Claire would require multiple surgeries and several full-body casts to knit her body back into the form God had intended.

Claire was adopted by two missionaries who had been on a waiting list for seven long years hoping to adopt a child. Claire received all the medical care, love and support she needed and was raised in a loving home with another adopted sister. Claire was unaware of the abortion, or even that she had once had a twin, so when she became an adult, she decided to search for her birth mother so she could thank the woman for choosing life.

Claire recounts the day when she gave her birth mother a card thanking her for choosing life. On that day, she watched tears of joy in her birth mother’s eyes turn to a deep and aching pain that Claire had never seen before. Shaking, Tanya took Claire by the hand and told her the truth about her birth, and the twin brother whose life had been taken in the womb.

For 20 years, Tanya was haunted by the abortion she had been forced to undergo. But God was able to do something beautiful with Tanya and Claire’s story, turning it into a tale of His love, redemption and grace—and to tell the truth about the generational damage abortion truly causes.

Claire says her birth mother is her hero for being brave enough to discuss the horrific incidents of her own childhood. Birth mother and child have found peace and love in a relationship with one another, through the abundant grace of God. When Claire gave birth to her own child, Tanya was present, and the painful emotional wound of that decades-old abortion began to heal.

In abortion, there is always at least one person who is not given a choice—the child. But in Tanya’s case, three people were directly impacted—Claire’s aborted twin, Claire, and yes, even Tanya herself, whose mother forced her to abort. And those impacts are generational, says Claire, because those aborted children will never have children of their own.

Those who support abortion spend a lot of time talking about “forced birth.” But in far too many cases, young and scared pregnant mothers like Tanya are not given a choice either. Either they are forced, or they are not informed about what they are doing.

Tanya lived with the emotional scars of her abortion for decades, until the daughter that abortionists tried to kill helped restore her heart.

Claire now serves as a prominent speaker for pro-life causes. Her hope is that no woman is ever forced to have an abortion like her mother was and that by offering her own face and story as an abortion survivor, people will see the beauty of life and choose it for their own children.

But the multibillion-dollar abortion industry does not want to lose their child-killing paydays. Planned Parenthood is a major financial contributor to political causes and candidates, and it certainly shows, given the intensity with which certain members of Congress keep fighting for the invented “right” to commit prenatal homicide, commonly called abortion.

The Senate is just two votes away from abolishing the filibuster and forcing abortion on the states. Several bills can come up for a vote at any moment. One or more of the bills will override every abortion law in the country, including informed consent and safety regulations.

I will have major news on several of our cases to share with you soon, including our defense of military members against illegal shot orders, health care workers’ religious freedom rights and our “change counsel” case at the Appeals Court where we just won a huge victory.
