Justice Clarence Thomas is now the target of outrageous racist attacks because of his vote to overturn Roe v. Wade. That is not surprising considering abortion in America is rooted in racial genocide. The anger and violence directed at the unborn in the womb is now being redirected at those who stand for life! The mask covering the evil of abortion has been ripped off, and vicious and violent attacks on those who stand against that evil have begun. — Mat
Following the Dobbs abortion decision, our work has exponentially intensified in Congress and in the states. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) wants to ditch the filibuster to pass a bill that will make unrestricted abortion the law of the land. WE MUST STOP THIS OUTRAGEOUS PLAN! Fax Congress NOW!

I hate to reprint any of the vile statements being made against Justice Clarence Thomas. I know him to be an incredibly brilliant and compassionate person. Justice Sonia Sotomayor recently expressed her respect for him because he genuinely cares for people. He knows the names of each of the Supreme Court employees, and he cares about them and their families.
Below is a small sample of the hatred spewing from pro-abortion radicals after the Dobbs ruling was released:
"Clarence Thomas is a dirty porch monkey and as a trans woman I'm giving every one permission to use the n word on him."
"Clarence Thomas: just another dumb field N*****."
"Doesn't the N***** realize his rights are next?"
"Clarence Thomas is still a n***** slave to his white ‘nutcase’ wife Ginni Thomas and the Supreme Court is a f****** mess."
While many are shocked at these despicable racist words directed at an honorable man, I am not because abortion is rooted in racism and genocide. Because of the evil behind pro-abortion violence, we have been forced to employ armed security officers after receiving many threats.
Liberty Counsel’s amicus brief was cited in the Dobbs case. It lays out the evil, genocidal plan eugenicists like Charles Darwin and Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger had in mind.
Coined in the 1880s by Francis Galton, a British scientist and cousin of Charles Darwin, “eugenics” is “the science of improving stock ... to give to the more suitable races or strains of blood a better chance of prevailing speedily over the less suitable than they otherwise would have.”
Put simply, the sinister goal of the eugenics movement was to eliminate “unfit” and “undesirable” people—those with mental and physical disabilities as well as certain races and ethnicities.
Darwin put eugenics in the title of his 1859 book: The Origin of Species by means of Natural Selection or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life (emphasis added). And, in his 1871 book, The Descent of Man, Darwin unabashedly revealed his racist and white supremacist thinking.
For this reason, Sanger founded Planned Parenthood. No wonder there is overt racism being leveled against Justice Thomas. No wonder there is violence being directed against the unborn and those who stand for the right to life.
Darwin describes Australians, Mongolians, Africans, Indians, South Americans, Polynesians and Eskimos as “savage.” It becomes clear that he considers every population that is not white and European to be savage.
Darwin, like Hitler and Sanger, preferred Northern Europeans. Darwin explains that the “highest races and the lowest savages” differ in “moral disposition … and in intellect.” He said that extermination of certain non-white races is necessary to “evolve” a superior race.
Margaret Sanger, Planned Parenthood’s founder, was one of the most outspoken members of the eugenics movement.
Sanger said eugenics was “the most adequate and thorough avenue to the solution of racial, political and social problems.” She praised sterilization as the “remedy” to the problem of “an increasing rate of morons.”
“From the beginning, birth control and abortion were promoted as means of effectuating eugenics.” Sanger argued that “eugenicists and others who are laboring for racial betterment” could not “succeed” unless they “first clear[ed] the way for Birth Control.”
The late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg admitted: “[A]t the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”
The U.S. Senate is considering measures to overturn the Court’s Dobbs decision by abolishing the filibuster so they can pass a bill to make unrestricted abortion the law of the land.
Only TWO votes are needed to destroy the filibuster. If the filibuster goes down, abortion-enabling bills will pass.
We need to be LOUD AND CLEAR—Americans DO NOT want abortion on demand. Send your fax now, tell all senators to HOLD THE LINE on the filibuster and refuse to pass ANY abortion-enabling legislation.
Liberty Counsel is 4-0 before the Supreme Court this term in cases we either argued or for which provided extensive amicus briefs. Our cases greatly advanced religious freedom, free speech and the sanctity of human life, and overturned the 1971 Lemon test that perverted rulings involving the Establishment Clause!
I will tell you more about our pivotal cases soon. Our workload has greatly intensified in Congress and the states. We cannot fight for life and liberty without the ongoing support of friends like you. Please give generously today, and a Challenge Grant will DOUBLE THE IMPACT of your donation.
