Carol* is an Air Force pilot who got COVID in August 2020. She has positive antibodies to prove she does not need a COVID shot.

Biden’s illegal military shot orders came down August 24, 2021, mandating the dangerous drug for all service members based, in part, on the false claim that the “unvaccinated” are “nondeployable.”

Besides having natural immunity, Carol is a Christian who refuses to take any drug associated with aborted fetal cells. She submitted her religious accommodation request in September when stationed in the Middle East.

Despite the claim that the unvaccinated are “nondeployable,” the Air Force kept deploying Carol all over the world. After her tour in the Middle East last fall, she was deployed to Alaska and then to Japan.

In March 2022, six months after Carol filed her religious accommodation request, she still has not received approval. Instead, the military deployed her to England, Portugal and back to the Middle East.

Carol writes, “I've traveled throughout EUCOM, CENTCOM, PACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM with 100% mission effectiveness and zero degrade to the missions, all while unvaccinated.”

“I've also traveled all over the United States on TDYs [temporary duty assignments] without having the COVID vaccination, protected by my natural immunity and healthy lifestyle. And I haven't even gotten or spread COVID myself,” says Carol, since she was infected in August 2020.

Don’t let Biden kick Christians out of the military!

Unvaccinated service members are tested frequently, but the vaccinated are not, despite evidence that the shots do not prevent infection.

Vaxxed and boosted White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki has come down with COVID twice since receiving her shots. And Carol has personally observed “numerous vaccinated members coming down with COVID.”

Carol writes, “It does not seem to me that a policy that intentionally acquires incomplete and inaccurate data to support policy goals, regardless of science and reality, can support a ‘compelling government interest.’”

She is right. Neither logic nor the data support Biden’s shot demands.

The “nondeployable” ruse is the argument the DOD is using against our plaintiff, Commander Charles*, who, like Carol, also has natural immunity and is very healthy.

I believe Biden and DOD Secretary Austin are on a mission to purge the military of committed Christians.

Over the past several months, I have observed all manner of sick psychological warfare being deployed against our service men and women to force these people to give up their religious freedom.

Liberty Counsel WILL NOT allow this lawlessness to continue unchecked.
