Stephen* is one of the U.S. Navy SEALs we represent in our lawsuit. To protect his identity, we refer to him as “Navy SEAL 1” in our lawsuit. Despite multiple deployments as a highly decorated SEAL, Stephen is being abused and threatened with dishonorable discharge for requesting a religious exemption from Biden’s illegal mandate.

Stephen will be charged with an “Article 92” infraction under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), which is failure to obey a lawful order or regulation. However, the orders from Biden and the DOD are not lawful, as our lawsuit explains in detail.

Other members of the special operations community are also being told they will spend time in solitary confinement, all because these heroes request a religious exemption from an unlawful dangerous order.

Here are the FACTS and the LAW:

Since Pfizer, Moderna and J&J are subject to the “Emergency Use Authorization” status, and BioNTech’s Comirnaty is not yet available, NO ONE—including military service members—can be forced to take these shots.

Winning on the EUA count alone will free every single American from these insane shot mandates.

Further, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) and the First Amendment protect federal employees and service members from being forced to violate their deeply held religious convictions.

But that doesn’t matter to Biden. On August 24, the DOD unlawfully ordered all military service members to get the shots, and then on September 9, Biden imposed the same order on federal employees and civilian contractors.

Unlike civilians who stand to lose income and benefits, military members face all that as well as dishonorable discharge. A dishonorable discharge will follow these heroes the rest of their lives. No wonder our chaplain plaintiff fears suicides will increase!
