David is the “Navy senior chief petty officer” in our lawsuit against Joe Biden and his Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. He is one of the many members of the military, federal employees and civilian contractors we are defending from Biden’s unlawful shot mandates.

This longtime service member knows all too well how unlawful Biden’s orders are—because David was in charge of conducting U.S. Navy briefings regarding informed consent with Emergency Use Authorization drugs.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in clinical health sciences. And during the course of his nearly two-decade-long naval career, he has taken four years of military medical training, earned his CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) credentials and several other certifications, including for operational medicine in a battlefield setting. He also holds investigator certification from the FDA.

Four years ago, David was working with another EUA drug in a military study. And because it was “Emergency Use Only,” he had to give each participant in the study an hour-long briefing on all of the possible risks and benefits of using the product. By law, he also had to give each potential participant the right to refuse the drug because it was only EUA authorized.

The program placed heavy emphasis on the impropriety of coercive tactics to obtain “consent.” Detailed documentation, including witness signatures confirming participant consent, was a requirement. Audits were regularly conducted so any improper documentation that failed to meet this stringent standard was returned and required to be immediately resubmitted.

Despite the fact that there is NO FDA-APPROVED COVID SHOT AVAILABLE, and that all existing shots (Pfizer, Moderna and J&J) are under the EUA law, Biden and his DOD are unlawfully forcing service members to get the shots.

Since Biden’s shot orders came down, David has witnessed improper documentation, vaccine stacking (multiple vaccines at once) and a cavalier attitude regarding the law and the adverse reactions.

Military members are NOT being offered informed consent procedures. Instead, all exemptions, whether medical or religious, are being denied. That’s illegal under EUA law!

But even worse is the treatment David and his fellow sailors have experienced. He has observed and even personally experienced abusive coercion and public shaming for merely requesting an exemption.

As part of that coercion, members of the military are being told they will be dishonorably discharged and even serve time in military prison for refusing to take the shots they are legally allowed to reject!

Even if BioNTech’s COMIRNATY was available (which it is not), Pfizer, Moderna and J&J would still be under EUA law. Moreover, David and others like him ALWAYS have the right to religious accommodation under the First Amendment and the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

David submitted a medical exemption request. He already had COVID, and his blood tests show the antibodies to prove it. The Navy previously accepted such exemptions for other shots.

David also submitted a religious exemption request on the basis of the leading of the Holy Spirit and his Christian beliefs, including that his body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and that the COVID shots used aborted fetal cell lines in testing or development.

The Navy flatly denied both of his exemption requests.

David and his fellow sailors have sacrificed everything to defend America and its people—while carrying the images and sounds of war with them throughout their lives. It is unthinkable that the “land of the free and the home of the brave” would betray these brave men and women with the worst punishment—dishonorable discharge.

And for what? Simply because they seek accommodation from the COVID shots on account of their sincerely held religious beliefs.

These brave men and women fought for our religious freedom, yet now Joe Biden is denying them their freedom.

The judge in our case is moving fast, which is good because shot deadlines are looming. Federal employees and civilian contractors stand to lose their jobs and benefits. The armed services members stand to lose all that, but also their dignity and freedom.

BREAKING NEWS REGARDING MAINE CASE: On Wednesday we filed an emergency petition to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of over 2,000 health care workers. The Court immediately ordered Maine to reply by Monday, Oct. 25. Please pray that the High Court intervenes!
