The Country He Serves Is No Longer...

Oct 5, 2021

“The country I serve is no longer giving me my freedom of choice,” writes an active-duty airman whose career and even personal freedom are at risk. Like many thousands of other service members, Keith* came to Liberty Counsel for help with escaping the Department of Defense (DOD) shot mandate that threatens his health, his family and his career.

We’re filing a class action lawsuit against Joe Biden’s Department of Defense to stop the forced COVID shots. Biden’s deadline is looming, and time is short. OUR MILITARY HEROES NEED YOUR HELP NOW! Help us help them today and have the impact of your gift DOUBLED by a generous Challenge Grant. Then read on for the latest news. —Mat

A member of the U.S. Air Force writes that he is “cornered and honestly outnumbered” by Biden’s shot mandate.

“I’ve been told I will be denied my freedom,” Keith writes.

Active-duty and reserve service members are facing a looming deadline to take the jab or be dishonorably discharged. Many are told they will serve up to two years in military prison—some in solitary confinement.

ALL are being told there are NO RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS. That’s illegal!

Feeling the loss of his “freedom of choice,” Keith asks, “Please help us fight.” In his heart-wrenching letter, he pleads not only for his own health and future, but also for everyone at his base.

HELP US FIGHT FOR THESE MILITARY HEROES! Defend our defenders today and have YOUR IMPACT DOUBLED by the Challenge Grant!

Biden’s shot mandate is unlawful.

Service members cannot be forced to take a drug that has not been fully approved by the FDA unless there are several declarations stating sufficient reason to do so. There are no such legal declarations.

The only FDA-approved COVID shot is BioNTech’s Comirnaty—but that is not yet available. The only COVID drugs available to the military or members of the public are those under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

By law, military members have the “option to accept or refuse” these shots. In addition to military law, members are covered by the First Amendment and the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act (a powerful law the Supreme Court called a “super statute”).

The DOD has no legal right to deny these religious exemption requests. But that isn’t stopping Biden from violating the law.

Several military chaplains say they fear the threat of dishonorable discharge will increase the suicide rate among service members.

Help us help the Defenders of Freedom!

The entire Liberty Counsel team is working at breakneck speed because we understand this is a race for life and death to save these military members and their families.

In addition to the military, we are receiving desperate pleas for help from people in every industry and scores of students needing help.

Air traffic controllers, pilots and flight attendants, federal and state employees, health care workers and many more are pleading for help. We’re even receiving requests from employees of the Department of Justice!

We’ve trained more than 70 of our affiliate attorneys to help us with the tidal wave of requests flooding our intake department. Our staff is working 18-hour days trying to help these desperate people!

Every day is like performing triage, trying to sort the broken bones from the people on the edge of death.

Military members face extreme danger, as many have now been informed they will be sent to military prison for merely submitting a religious exemption request!

I never thought I would see the day that service members would face prison and dishonorable discharge because of their religious beliefs. Yet here we are, and this is why WE MUST FIGHT!

We are going to the Supreme Court ...

Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear our case in which the city of Boston censored Camp Constitution’s Christian viewpoint during a celebration of Constitution Day. This case will set national precedent.

DOUBLE your gift through our Challenge Grant.
