Liberty Counsel joined the state of Mississippi with a powerful amicus brief to bring down Roe v. Wade, the detestable 1973 abortion case.

Our brief just filed at the Supreme Court rips the racist, eugenic ideology Charles Darwin unleashed in his book Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life (emphasis added). If anything in our culture should be canceled, it is this dark ideology, and with it—Planned Parenthood and its vast network of abortion mills.

In 2018, Mississippi banned abortions after 15 weeks. The lower courts struck down the law by applying past Supreme Court decisions. The High Court could have denied review. But, instead, the Supreme Court took the case in order to reconsider Roe v. Wade with an eye to overturn it.

We've waited 47 years for this day! The time has finally come.

Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, popular KKK speaker and advisor to the Nazi Party of Germany, wrote prolifically, characterizing “undesirables” as less-evolved species who were a blight on the human race.

She wrote:

“The Aboriginal Australian, the lowest known species of the human family, just a step higher than the chimpanzee in brain development, has so little sexual control that police authority alone prevents him from obtaining sexual satisfaction on the streets” (emphasis added).

In case you believe such thinking is ancient history, consider what late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg told reporters in 2009:

“Frankly I had thought that at that time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of."

I cannot wait to hear an abortion apologist try to tell Justice Clarence Thomas that killing black and brown babies is protected under the Constitution! Roe is a tragedy for the rule of law, and most especially for the 60-plus million babies whose lives have been brutally destroyed. It must be reversed!

For decades, I have known that Roe v. Wade would be overturned in my lifetime. When Anita and I formed Liberty Counsel in 1989, we did it out of a conviction that God would use us to defend His precious unborn children from the wholesale butchery of abortion.

We have fought tirelessly, even as the butchers soaked America with the blood of 62 million children. And now, we have a real shot at overturning this evil!
