Here Is Proof HR 5 Will Cause Harm

Mar 19, 2021

Five years of arrests prove our point on the “Equality Act.” The LGBT and Q lobby lied about a lot of things in a Senate Judiciary hearing this week, but they cannot hide documented history and facts of abuse when men enter women’s private rooms. We have both on our side. Read on. —Mat

Five years ago, Target stores implemented a policy that allows men in ladies’ dressing rooms and bathrooms. Despite public outcry, some stores and schools followed suit in the name of “equality.”

Back then, we warned that allowing men into women’s private facilities would be dangerous to women, children and society. We warned that perverts, opportunists and child molesters would take advantage of this so-called “equality” to victimize innocent girls and women.

The LGBT and Q cabal roundly mocked such concerns as hysteria.

Five years later, and the list of crimes against women and children is staggering.

  • In Rhinelander, Wisconsin, 18-year-old Austin Sauer was arrested for fourth-degree sexual assault, child enticement and exposing his genitals to a child in the school bathroom.
  • In Sterling, Virginia, a naked man was chased from the ladies’ community center after he had been caught peeping at young girls changing in the locker room.
  • In Casper, Wyoming, crossdresser Miguel Martinez was convicted of first- and second-degree sexual abuse after raping a 10-year-old girl in the bathroom.
  • In Glen Burnie, Maryland, 39-year-old Frank Pratt was arrested for assaulting two women in a Target bathroom. Pratt had also been smoking PCP in the bathroom stalls.
  • In Potomac Mills, Virginia, 30-year-old Richard Rodriguez dressed as a woman to gain entrance to several ladies’ rooms around town where he would surreptitiously film women in various stages of undress.
  • In Chicago, Illinois, 33-year-old Reese Hartstein lured an 8-year-old girl into a bathroom, choked her until she was unconscious, and was carrying the child into a bathroom stall to rape her when he was caught.
  • In Ontario, shortly after Canada passed its own “gender identity” law, 37-year-old Christopher Hambrook used the legislation to prey on the helpless. Hambrook donned women’s dresses and used the name “Jessica” to gain access to two area women’s shelters. Once in, Hambrook sexually assaulted a deaf woman and attempted to rape another woman. Preying on the helpless was not new to Hambrook, who spent time in prison for raping a 5-year-old child and a 27-year-old mentally challenged woman.

Sadly, there are more—many more—stories of sexual deviants abusing “gender identity” policies to harm women and children.

If the Senate passes this bill, we can expect to see incidents like this explode, as all companies, schools, stores and even churches will be forced to allow men in the ladies’ restrooms, locker rooms, shelters and more.

Not only that, but the Senate version of the “Equality Act” specifically protects, by name—“queer,” a term that, by definition, encompasses nearly 550 deviant sexual “paraphilias”—including bestiality and pedophilia.

Can you imagine a convicted child molester demanding the “right” to work as a preschool teacher?

Can you imagine a drag queen demanding the “right” to be hired as your new church secretary?

A Texas library allowed a man in drag to read to small children during “Story Hour.” Turns out, this man was a convicted pedophile.

All these perversions (and many more) will receive special protection that trumps anyone or any organization that resists. If passed, there is nothing you or even your church could do about it. The bill specifically states that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) will not apply.

No one will be allowed to claim religious exemption under RFRA. Everyone will be forced to comply—or face massive discrimination lawsuits and persecution from the U.S. Department of Justice.

In the Senate hearings, LGBTQ mouthpieces tried to claim that the new “Equality Act” does not harm churches and religious freedom in any way.

Hearing these lies, Sen. Lindsey Graham had enough. He backed Alphonso David into a corner until the president of the radical Human Rights Campaign admitted—yes, the “Equality Act” does apply to churches.
