Monday afternoon, former Vice President Joe Biden gave a disturbing press conference. In it, Biden stood before a background emblazoned with “The Seal of the Office of the President Elect,” and delivered a speech crafted to sound like Biden and his VP nominee Kamala Harris were already in office.

That was an intentional, carefully crafted LIE.

Usurpation of the Presidency...

First, there is NO “Seal of the Office of the President Elect.” The campaign modified the official Presidential seal to give an official impression.

Second, according to federal law, ONLY the General Services Administration may approve the transfer of power between an outgoing president and an incoming president... and the GSA hasn’t done that yet.

Joe Biden IS NOT the president-elect.

In a significant move that the mainstream media is choosing to ignore, GSA officials went on record to declare that Joe Biden has NOT been certified as the winner of the 2020 presidential election.

“An ascertainment has not yet been made. GSA and its Administrator will continue to abide by, and fulfill, all requirements under the law,” a GSA spokesperson announced.

The spokesperson said that the GSA administrator, Emily Murphy, will only initiate the transition when a “winner is clearly based on the process laid out in the Constitution.”

A case pending at the U.S. Supreme Court involves a straightforward legal question – did the PA Supreme Court violate election law when it ruled that ballots mailed after November 3 can be counted when the PA legislature refused to extend the date? If yes, then Trump will win PA.

A number of state attorneys general just filed an amicus brief at the Supreme Court, arguing the election law was violated when the PA Supreme Court extended the time to receive mail-in ballots. Their brief states:

“Free and fair elections are a cornerstone of our republic and make the United States the envy of nations across the globe. To keep those elections free and fair, we must ensure that every legal vote is counted and every illegal vote is not.”

The 2020 presidential election is not over yet, and arrests are already being made. U.S. Attorney General Barr has directed federal prosecutors to investigate allegations of voter fraud. New reports of voter fraud continue to pour in across the country.

In PA, a postal worker has sworn under oath his Postmaster directed him and staff to back date late arriving ballots.

In TX, a social worker has been arrested and charged with 134 felony counts of election fraud for illegally harvesting nursing home ballots.

In FL, a man was arrested for hacking into the state election database to change Governor Ron DeSantis’ voter information. It is unclear if or how many others may have also been changed.

Joe Biden is NOT the president-elect.

In the 2000 election, I litigated for five weeks nonstop. The Supreme Court ended the matter on December 12. Bush, not Gore, became the president-elect.

The case at the Supreme Court could drastically change this election. There are several state and federal lawsuits, criminal charges and now the Department of Justice is involved. There will be recounts, audits and litigation before this election is certified. This election is far from over.
