New reports reveal that COVID numbers are not at all what they seem. So why are elected officials still pushing mandatory vaccinations?

Many "facts" being published about the COVID-19 have turned out to be little more than fear mongering to create panic for most of the country. Now, new reports are surfacing that prove the much-publicized "sharp rise" in COVID cases is just more fake news.

A recent exposé by the Telegraph shows that at least 350,000 tests in the UK had been double or triple counted making the COVID infection rate appear grossly larger than the reality.

The same is happening in the U.S. The over reporting is due to several reasons. The discrepancy in part is caused by the high number of false positives occurring in COVID testing. In Florida, Advent Health, which is the state's largest hospital conglomerate and operator of walk-in clinics, recently reported 33,000 false COVID tests.

Another reason is the numbers reported are the number of positive tests, not the number of new cases. One person can generate multiple tests and thus be reported multiple times. For example, if a person tests positive after getting a nasal swab and a saliva sample, these tests are counted as two new cases, even though it is only one new case. If the same person repeated these tests and they returned positive, that one person will generate four new cases in the reports.

To be accurate, only the individual new case should be counted, not the number of tests done on that one person. But that is not how the numbers are being reported.

In other words, the COVID reports on the news and the government websites are not counting the number of COVID cases, they are counting COVID tests...even if those tests are duplicated, tripled, or done many more times on the same person.

And many in the medical community here in the U.S. are sounding the alarm that our numbers could be even more inflated than what I just described. In many "essential service personnel" cases, someone with a positive COVID test might be tested every day for seven to 14 days to see when their infection ends. But that report would not show one person with COVID, it would report seven positive COVID tests, exponentially increasing a false number. Then you add to these numbers the antibody tests, which indicate that the person had COVID in the past.

The medical community, news organizations and the government all understand the COVID numbers are being inflated. Even the CDC now admits the COVID death rate is about the same as that observed in any given influenza year.

Yet, state and local government officials continue to claim they need to control us to "protect" us.

Consider the Kentucky governor's recent argument in our case in which we just filed our brief in the Court of Appeals regarding our client, Maryville Baptist Church. You may remember that on Easter Sunday (of all days), KY Gov. Andy Beshear had all the attendees at our client's drive-in parking lot service put on quarantine - the equivalent of a 14-day house arrest – for sitting in their own cars, in a parking lot for an outdoor church service.

Gov. Beshear's office told the court on Tuesday that:

"In the event the disease returns in force, or some other emergency arises, it is essential that Governor Beshear and other state officials be able to respond promptly and with the latitude afforded them by our federalist system. State officials must be able to respond to this evolving public health emergency without second-guessing by the federal courts."

In other words, tyrants like KY Gov. Beshear don't want to be bothered with pesky things like constitutional law and the First Amendment. No, these tyrants want unfettered control over every aspect of our lives, including whether we will be allowed to attend church and what we will be forced to put into our bodies.

Many governors in states where we are litigating on behalf of churches encourage people to protest and even riot in mass gatherings with no social distancing or masks. Yet, they continue to put their thumb on churches.

In order to keep control, they must scare you. And, they want you to be like sheep until they inject an untested vaccine into your veins. Enough!

One state governor just imposed masks on the entire state. She said the people will have to wear masks until a vaccine is developed. You can see where all this is heading. Now is the time to push back!
