Even now, as major cities across our country are in literal flames, misguided government officials STILL push for more draconian CONTROL – including high-tech human tracking systems and mandatory vaccinations. Americans are not cattle to be bagged, tagged and tracked.

While human tracking systems and mandatory vaccinations may sound too outrageous to be real, consider this: Every state and many localities have already invested hundreds of millions in high-tech tracking systems that monitor everyone's movement with a web network connecting to every other person with whom you've had contact.

Many governments have already released tracking apps and call them "voluntary." India also states its nationwide deployment is "voluntary," but if you want to travel, shop or be in public places, you must have the app to be approved for entry. That is not voluntary. Apple and Google already have tracking apps on their cell phone software upgrades.

And globalist Bill Gates is recommending that "digital certificates of health" be included in those applications. Such a "digital certificate" would include a person's "vaccination status." Given Gates' domestic and global influence on medical regulators, Big Pharma and vaccine makers, these "suggestions" can easily be viewed in terms of what they really are – a chilling threat to freedom.

The reality of these tracking apps is well known in Communist China, where such a phone app is required. The Chinese app, like the Indian version, determines whether the phone owner can enter public spaces, businesses or even leave their own home.

Now take into consideration the comments made by IL Gov. J.B. Pritzker, (whom Liberty Counsel is suing on behalf of our Romanian church clients), which links church reopening schedules to mass vaccinations. Pritzker stated that Illinois would not fully reopen until and unless a COVID vaccination is found, a process he stated could take 12-18 months.

Chicago Health Commissioner Allison Arwady (the same commissioner who threatened "Summary Abatement," which includes bulldozing non-complying church buildings), declared:

"We are already building our plans to vaccinate the whole city of Chicago and working with others across the region on a major plan for this. We've bought syringes, we've bought cold boxes, we've planned out locations." (emphasis added)

Meanwhile, states around the country, including freedom-loving states like Texas, have already invested hundreds of millions in the so called "Contact Tracing" like what is being done in Communist China.

Despite some claims to the contrary, tracking and tracing the movements and contacts of Americans is absolutely, unquestionably ILLEGAL. To restrict our right to travel, conduct business, attend church, buy food, work, or even leave our homes based upon a government-forced injection into our bodies is obscenely unconstitutional.

We must stop this encroachment on our freedom NOW before the tracing and forced vaccine advocates are able to come closer to forcing Americans to accept mandatory vaccinations.

The privacy problems associated with high-tech "contact-tracing" are serious, but the addition of mandatory vaccinations (especially when it is rushed and not properly tested on all age and health demographics) is an even greater threat because there are religious and health consequences.

All discussions of the effectiveness of vaccinations aside, Americans have the right to refuse such invasions of their bodies. But sadly, many states are already quietly removing religious exemptions for vaccinations, including New York, California, Maine, Mississippi, West Virginia and Washington state.

Other states, like Connecticut and Illinois, are using COVID-19 as an excuse to float legislation that would eliminate religious exemptions for vaccines – not terribly surprising considering IL Gov. J.B. Pritzker's months-long assault on Illinois houses of worship.

Our fight for religious liberty these past months has centered around state and local governments' illegal restrictions on churches. But those fights are also to protect the churchgoers themselves against tyrannical government overreach – including the right not to be tracked and not to be forced to vaccinate.

Our right to practice our religion as we, not the government, see fit includes the right to refuse "mandatory" vaccinations. As you know, many vaccines are created using aborted fetal cell lines. President Trump has mentioned COVID vaccine efforts, but not whether the White House will support mandatory vaccination. As you have seen from the White House adopting our language on "why church is essential," President Trump DOES pay attention to the requests of Liberty Counsel supporters.
