Sandra Merritt faces 10 years in prison thanks to Planned Parenthood’s pet prosecutor, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra. Friday, Friday 21, 2020, Liberty Counsel argued before the San Francisco Superior Court to defend Sandra Merritt against Planned Parenthood’s political maneuvers designed to silence the one woman brave enough to expose their horrific “Baby Parts for Sale Scheme”. We are gaining ground, but this is still an uphill battle.

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra – whose political career has been funded by Planned Parenthood since at least 1998 according to election disclosure records – has leveled 16 felony criminal charges against Sandra. While the California AG appears to be taking a shotgun approach to charges, (throwing everything at the accused in hopes that something will stick), through God’s grace, Liberty Counsel has managed to have 6 of the charges dismissed. However, 10 felony criminal charges remain.

If convicted on all remaining counts, Sandra faces up to 10 years in prison and tens of thousands of dollars in fines.

As I said above, we are gaining ground, but we still have 10 charges to beat, and bogus or not, these charges will take every ounce of effort we have in order to save Sandra as well as preserve the Constitutional right of undercover journalists to expose crime and corruption.

Sandra’s case is the most expensive case we have ever fought here at Liberty Counsel. Defending Sandra’s freedom and your first amendment rights against the $1.7 billion a year Jezebellian behemoth of Planned Parenthood has put a significant strain on our resources and has drained our coffers significantly. Planned Parenthood and the baby butchers of the world are counting on bleeding Sandra’s defense dry. They want to break Sandra and us financially so that the unborn go undefended.

But WE KNOW that our God is mightier than the fallen demon to whom the Jezebels of past and present sacrifice our children. WE KNOW our mighty God will equip us with the means to defend Sandra, defend Constitutional freedoms, and defend the unborn through good people like YOU.
