S. 3275 - Senator Lindsey Graham's Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act

S. 311 - Senator Ben Sasse's Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act

First, let me take a moment to describe these two very different and very critical bills...

S. 3275 – The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act makes it illegal to abort an unborn child after the time at which the child can feel pain, which science currently pegs at 20 weeks. Exceptions are made for rape, incest and present physical danger to the mother.

S. 311 - The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act requires all medical professionals to provide life-saving measures to any baby that manages to survive an abortion. In addition to requiring those life-saving measures, the bill also makes it a felony for an abortionist to actively kill a baby that manages to survive an abortion.

BOTH acts need to pass in order to save babies!
