The generosity of so many is critical in launching Liberty Counsel strong into this pivotal New Year. With your help, we’ll do even more in the days ahead to advance and defend life, liberty, faith and family!

As we enter one of the most decisive years for the future of faith and freedom in America, I am asking you and our entire online team to join us in praying for the following Liberty Counsel cases, our attorneys, staff and our ministry's leadership:

• For Sandra Merritt as we defend her and the precious infants who are tortured and killed by Planned Parenthood. This case is at the very fault line between good and evil, life and death. And I have no doubt we are on the right side.
• That God will grant victory as we battle in court against the city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, which has imposed an unconstitutional buffer zone ordinance restricting the constitutionally protected speech of pro-life sidewalk counselors outside abortion facilities.
• For God’s grace, strength and wisdom as we fight in court in multiple states against radical LGBT activists who are trying to shut down voluntary counseling to help confused teens struggling with unwanted same-sex attractions.
• For our continuing litigation on behalf of Kim Davis, the brave Kentucky county clerk who refused to violate her conscience by issuing same-sex marriage licenses. We won Kim’s accommodation, but the ACLU is pressing to force Kim to pay damages.
• For the huge civil suit filed against us by the Southern Poverty Law Center, which falsely seeks to punish and even destroy Liberty Counsel.
• For triumph against blatant anti-Christian bigotry across this country, including in Indiana where ACLU "grinches" have sued two counties for displaying Nativity scenes—and in Boston where the city banned the display of the Christian flag.
• For a powerful win in Washington, DC, where Liberty Counsel is defending a private citizen who has been smeared by a charter school for informing the community of the negative effects of a Planned Parenthood abortion center next to the school.
• That God will provide the needed resources to handle these cases and more than 270 LGBT issues in schools where LGBT forces seek to crush the religious freedom of employees and employers.

With God’s help and because of friends like you, Liberty Counsel is at the very epicenter of the key moral debates taking place in our nation—issues that weigh heavily in the future of faith and family in our great land. And our caseload now is heavier than ever. Not only that, but the cost of litigation right now is enormous.

Our defense of Sandra Merritt, for example, is the most costly litigation in Liberty Counsel history. But it’s crucial that we aggressively fight back against the vicious attack waged against her by California’s Attorney General and the abortion machine known as Planned Parenthood. We must defend Sandra—and the children Planned Parenthood brutalizes daily across America!
