We had a breakthrough in a San Francisco federal court this Tuesday when jurors finally got to see a long-suppressed video. Below, I share with you what's in this shocking ABC undercover report from 2000.

It was the last thing jurors saw Tuesday—and burned, I pray, an indelible memory on their hearts and minds.

Despite suppressing other video evidence showing Planned Parenthood’s gruesome baby body parts business, the judge let jurors see an ABC News 20/20 report from 2000 on the same topic.

He did so after Sandra Merritt’s colleague, David Daleiden, testified in court that the ABC investigation inspired him and Sandra, to go undercover to probe Planned Parenthood.

+  +  Enormous income from selling organs

The ABC report shows Dr. Miles Jones, a pathologist, recorded by a hidden camera about the enormous income he made selling organs harvested from babies.

Over lobster bisque and roast duck, Jones talked up the business of selling baby body parts to two undercover ABC investigative reporters.

Jones revealed that an average fetal tissue sample or organ costs him just $50, plus overhead, to procure. However, he could make $2,500 on one aborted baby’s dismembered parts.

At one point in the footage, Jones referred to his operation as a “golden goose,” adding that “you can certainly keep it well-fed, and it will lay lots of eggs for you.”

Jones boasted about his profits, saying he earned $50,000 some weeks. “It's just a matter of being able to match supply and demand,” he claimed.

A whistleblower listed for ABC the prices charged for human tissue from babies at that time: $325 for a spinal cord; $550 for a reproductive organ; $999 for a brain.

“This is purely for profit,” the whistleblower said. “Everything was about money.”

ABC’s report featured Planned Parenthood’s then-president, Gloria Feldt, declaring:

“Where there is wrongdoing, it should be prosecuted; and people who are doing that kind of thing should be brought to justice.”

I couldn’t agree more. But that was their cynical media strategy in 2000. Nowadays, Planned Parenthood is singing a different tune. Instead of cleaning up its own house, Planned Parenthood is going after Sandra Merritt with a furious vengeance.
