Jurors were visibly disturbed last week when they watched, for the first time in court, explosive video evidence revealing Planned Parenthood’s heinous baby body parts business.

But it was a lonely victory for the truth.

The clip shows a Planned Parenthood abortionist sipping wine and eating salad while casually telling our client, Sandra Merritt, and her colleague David Daleiden how she pulls the baby to a breech position, and maneuvers her abortion tools—she called them “graspers”—to “crush below” and “above” a preborn baby’s chest.

All so the infant’s liver, lungs, heart and more can be harvested intact and then sold.

It’s gruesome and the mood in the courtroom turned somber as the five-minute video played.

But there are hundreds of hours of undercover video. Playing one five-minute clip barely scratches the surface of what’s revealed in these hidden-camera meetings.

And yet U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick—a man with past ties to Planned Parenthood—has put them all off limits.

And that’s not all. I share something else the judge is censoring from the jury below.

The abortion giant is determined to crush her First Amendment rights and to bankrupt her in its revenge suit demanding millions.

• We can’t show the powerful undercover videos revealing the abortion giant’s ghoulish trade in human organs harvested from the babies it kills.

• We can’t show the voluminous evidence gathered before the undercover videos took place about Planned Parenthood’s horrific crimes in selling body parts from babies.

A THIRD major way in which the defense is being chained in Planned Parenthood's revenge baby-parts trial against Sandra Merritt and her  colleagues: We cannot tell the jury ANYTHING about all of the good -- and even great -- things that have resulted from the public release of the undercover videos.

• • Two companies in Southern California were indicted for illegally profiting from the sale of baby parts purchased from Planned Parenthood. They were fined millions of dollars and BANKRUPTED. The prosecutors specifically credited Sandra's and David's investigation.

• • Numerous states (including Texas!) and the federal government have stopped public taxpayer funds from going to Planned Parenthood, to the tune of tens and even hundreds of millions of dollars. They have credited Sandra's and David's videos.

• • Numerous law enforcement agencies at the state and federal level, including the FBI, are still criminally investigating Planned Parenthood for potential violations of federal laws banning the changing of abortion procedures to obtain baby parts, and banning the profiting from the sale of baby parts.

• • And, in the aftermath of the videos, Planned Parenthood has now itself STOPPED selling baby parts for profit. Or so it claims.

Will our jury hear ANY of this? No! We are not allowed to mention any of these great things that have resulted from the videos.

Despite ALL of these difficulties, handicaps and challenges, we are making progress every day in telling the jury the little bits of Truth that we are allowed to tell. Pray that it is enough. Pray that God will make a way for Truth to prevail, even as it is being suppressed!
