Over salad and wine—and with waiters and patrons all around—a Planned Parenthood abortionist made stunning admissions about the abortion chain’s ghoulish baby body parts business. All in a casual, matter-of-fact manner.

It happened five years ago when our client Sandra Merritt and her colleague David Daleiden sat down with abortionist Dr. Deborah Nucatola in an upscale California restaurant.

Nucatola spoke freely and every explosive word was captured on hidden camera. Wednesday, for the first time, a damning four-and one-half-minute clip was played in federal court.

Here’s one gruesome admission. It reveals how this Planned Parenthood abortionist altered her abortion technique to ensure organs intended for “market” don’t get crushed—like the rest of the baby:

So then you’re just kind of cognizant of where you put your graspers. You try to intentionally go above and below the thorax so that, you know, we’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver . . . so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m going to basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.

Here’s another. Because infant brains are in demand, Nucatola told Sandra and her associate David that Planned Parenthood abortionists alter their surgical technique to ensure the brain comes out “intact.”

They flip the baby in the womb, she said, so the head—the largest part of babies—comes out last, after the mother is more fully dilated. Here’s how Nucatola put it. Planned Parenthood abortionists, she said, . . .

...change the presentation [of the baby in the womb] so that [the baby] is not vertex [head first], because when it's a vertex presentation, you never have enough dilation ... to deliver an intact calvarium [brains].

Changing abortion procedures to collect “fetal tissue” is a violation of federal law.

You can see why Planned Parenthood’s lawyers were desperate to keep this damning video from being shown in court! But it was—despite stiff resistance from U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick and repeated objections from Planned Parenthood’s lawyers.

How did we finally get THIS video into evidence? A divinely-inspired idea, no doubt thanks to your prayers. I argued that the video must be shown to the jury because -- as you'll see -- it shows MANY waiters walking by the table during this horrific discussion.

This proves that the discussion was not "confidential" as Planned Parenthood claims, because it took place in a public place, where many strangers could overhear. And thus, the conversation could LAWFULLY be recorded.

Over numerous, repeated and vociferous objections from Planned Parenthood's high-priced lawyers, the judge finally agreed with us, and said the video could be played. As Planned Parenthood's lawyers resigned and watched the video in defeat, the mood in the courtroom was appropriately dark and somber.

The result was a clearly disgusted jury that hopefully now understands who Planned Parenthood is, what it does, and that these supposedly "confidential" conversations were recorded in the presence of numerous strangers.

The truth is leaking out! Planned Parenthood’s mask is slipping. All despite the abortion giant’s furious attempt to hide its heinous baby body parts business from the jury.

By the way, U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick refused at first to play the short video. Then he said it could be played, but only if it was muted!

But Harry argued that jurors needed to hear the gruesome table discussion to know what passers-by in that public restaurant might also have heard.

Ultimately, Judge Orrick—a man with past ties to Planned Parenthood—relented and the video was shown.

This lengthy—and expensive—federal trial enters its fourth week next Monday. And on Tuesday, the state judge in the criminal case against Sandra will rule on whether it will go to trial.
