Today in San Francisco, we’re back in federal civil court to question two abortionists featured on undercover videos captured by pro-life hero Sandra Merritt. Former Planned Parenthood abortionists Dr. Mary (“I want a Lamborghini”) Gatter and Dr. Deborah (“Crunch-above-and-crunch-below”) Nucatola will take the stand.

Meanwhile, we’ll find out next Tuesday whether the politically motivated criminal charges filed against Sandra by California Attorney General Xavier (“I stand with Planned Parenthood”) Becerra will go to trial.

But today, we go into week three of Planned Parenthood’s frivolous lawsuit demanding millions from Sandra. The trial could stretch into eight weeks and will be incredibly expensive—reaching into the high six figures.

That’s why I ask you to pray and to give as we fight on two fronts—criminal and civil—to defend Sandra Merritt against Planned Parenthood’s double-barreled, vindictive assault.

Sandra went undercover to expose America’s abortion giant. Now it’s determined to crush her financially and throw her behind bars. She was there for the victims of Planned Parenthood’s barbarism – I pray you and I will be with her to the end of these outrageous charges.

Once again, the media is looking the other way.

It happened during the 2013 murder trial of Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell—a killer who callously snuffed out the lives of babies born alive.

It happened in 2015 when the Center for Medical Progress released stunning undercover footage revealing Planned Parenthood’s heinous commerce in organs harvested from little babies.

The hidden-camera videos recorded by our client Sandra Merritt and her colleague David Daleiden generated a collective yawn from America’s so-called mainstream media.

And now as Planned Parenthood sues Sandra, and its ally, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, goes after her in a baseless political prosecution, the media is just not interested.

+  +  Beating hearts from living babies...but media not interested

Somehow, news that infants are born alive only to have their beating hearts cut from their chests isn’t newsworthy.

During the September preliminary hearing to weigh AG Becerra’s criminal charges against Sandra, a medical researcher testified of her horror when she realized that living babies were being dissected for their beating hearts.

That researcher, Dr. Theresa Deisher, a Stanford Ph.D., reviewed studies involving hearts taken from babies aborted at Planned Parenthood facilities. She came to the shocking conclusion that it would have been impossible for those studies to be completed unless the hearts of those infants were still beating when cut out of their little chests. All without anesthesia, of course.

Torturing babies and harvesting organs, before discarding the human remains as “biowaste” just isn’t worth covering by America’s so-called journalistic community.

It’s a massive cover-up.

A quick search of the New York Times, Washington Post and Associated Press archives for 2019 turned up NO stories this year on Planned Parenthood’s legal assault on Sandra Merritt.

But the truth is that this is the most important pro-life legal conflict in America today. Planned Parenthood is viciously attacking Sandra in a desperate attempt to salvage its badly damaged reputation.

In the wake of the undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood, numerous states have acted to defund the abortion chain—as has the federal government. And thanks to House and Senate investigations, a Department of Justice probe into Planned Parenthood’s baby body parts business is reportedly underway.

Planned Parenthood is furious and determined to crush Sandra—bankrupting her in civil court and using its ally, California AG Becerra, to convict her on trumped-up charges and put her behind bars.
