Before entering law school decades ago, I was in pastoral ministry. At that time, I was studying God's Word and preaching every week.

But if you had asked me whether I believed in abortion, I would have said, "Yes." That’s because I believed the lie of the media.

But my life began to change when I was invited to a pastors' meeting where a film on abortion was shown. That video rocked my world.

After viewing it and learning about the development of the unborn child, I realized abortion takes the life of an innocent human being—someone just like you and me, only smaller.

I changed my views and became pro-life. Thereupon I began reading the U.S. Supreme Court opinion of Roe v. Wade—and the more I learned about abortion, the more I was led to legal issues. That event—along with others—was a key factor in my decision to enter law school.

And from the very first day that we founded Liberty Counsel, my wife Anita and I—with our team of attorneys—have been driven to protect innocent human life from the moment of conception until natural death.

I believe our efforts—along with those of untold thousands of others—will bear fruit. I believe that Roe v. Wade—the 1973 ruling that unleashed abortion on our land and has led to the death of more than 60 million tiny children—will be overturned.

God placed this conviction in my heart several years ago. It will happen, but we must fight and be prepared.

And I'm not alone. U.S. Attorney General William Barr agrees. In his first tenure as Attorney General, Barr declared in 1992,

"I think that Roe v. Wade will ultimately be overturned. I think it'll fall of its own weight. It does not have any constitutional underpinnings."

Along with defending religious liberty and the family, Liberty Counsel has filed many briefs to protect the unborn. In fact, the very first case that I argued before the U.S. Supreme Court was in 1994 in defense of pro-life sidewalk counselors.

And with help from patriots like you who love life and liberty, we also proudly represent people like Sandra Merritt. She is the pro-life hero who went undercover to expose Planned Parenthood’s grotesque commerce in the arms, legs, lungs and livers of precious unborn babies.

Today, along with defending Sandra, Liberty Counsel has many pro-life cases in court – from crisis pregnancy centers in California to sidewalk counselors in Washington, DC, and everything in between.

We filed a brief at the Supreme Court in a huge pro-life case that could overturn Roe. And we have been involved in many of the pro-life laws that have recently passed in multiple states.

These laws are setting the stage for a barrage of challenges to abortion at the High Court.

You have no doubt heard about some of these laws. They are preparing for the ultimate challenge to Roe v. Wade. And it will come.

Mark my word, abortion will be overturned at the Supreme Court.
