This year Liberty Counsel has worked tirelessly to promote and protect the sanctity of human life. Some of the highlights include when we:

• Became the first to argue the case against ObamaCare’s individual and employer mandates at a federal appeals court. The Supreme Court will now hear the case and render a decision by the end of June 2012.
 
• Successfully defended Mississippi’s Personhood Amendment 26 at the state Supreme Court against the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and the Center for Reproductive Rights, thus allowing the citizens the right to vote to amend the state constitution to protect human life from the moment of conception.
 
• Filed suit in federal court to stop censorship of New Mexico public school students who handed out plastic models of unborn children.
 
• Sent several million emails to mobilize voters to prevent taxpayer money from going directly or indirectly to Planned Parenthood and affiliates.
 
• Supported legislators and the Governor of South Dakota to enact a law that requires women to wait seventy-two hours and receive counseling before having an abortion.
